New & Used Spa Outlet

We bought a brand new $16k spa here last summer had some issues with it and at that time they did an amazing job taking care of us. We had them winterized it in the fall due to us being gone a lot been tryin to have them back out this spring am now all of a sudden after they moved into the new location they now are pretty much shut down with zero staff and absolutely don’t like to return calls or messages and now we are pretty much on our own to try and find a local dealer almost 2 hours away to try and deal with on this hot tub. Went from and amazing company to absolutely horrible in a matter of just a couple months. Beware

My partner and I bought a great two-person hot tub in January from the Used Spa Outlet. After inspection, they fixed the few problems they found and delivered it to our house. It was a great price and has improved the quality of our lives tremendously. Thank you to everyone who helped us in the process.

I purchased a spa from Bud and team at Used Spa Outlet about 8 months ago and my experience and customer service has been nothing but stellar and outstanding! The delivery and install of the new tub was quick and efficient. Bud and team were on site within a week of purchase and made the process very easy. My tub was delivered on-time, was clean and had all the bells and whistles that I expected! As a new and first time spa owner, I had many questions. The team at Used Spa Outlet were very patient, helpful and thorough with their answers to quickly make me feel like I was on the right track and a pro at taking care of my new spa :-) ! I have had a couple of trouble shooting items that I called about and again, the person on the other end of the phone was able to walk me through the steps to resolve the issue and if not, they had a repair person come out and take a look the next day! I did have a really close call during the cold weeks of January where my bubbler was causing the overall tub breaker to trip. Bud had a guy at my house first thing in the frigid temps to ensure they could resolve and fix the issue. I cannot say enough about the level of care and excellent customer ser

I bought a whirlpool from Bud a year ago and had a great experience. It froze up in the artic blast we had this winter. Bud worked directly with my insurance company and got me a nicer whirlpool with no money out of pocket. I couldn't ask for better service or a more trust worthy person. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting a reasonable therapy tub. Thanks Amy & Tom Gent

Great service! The warranty they offer is excellent. I had a couple small issues with the tub, gave Bud a call and they were right on it, they really go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I can not imagine buying a used tub anywhere else, these guys make sure you're getting a solid tub, everything is tested and refurbished, fill it and go!
