Gymnastics Village is a great place for kids’ classes, and the facility itself is very large with plenty of space for the students to train. The teachers are phenomenal, and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. My daughter has taken four different classes there and has loved every one of them. A few things to be aware of: seating for parents is very limited, and the area where kids take off their shoes and get ready for class is small and can get crowded. That area could also benefit from better ventilation. Parking is somewhat limited as well, so arriving early is a good idea. Overall, I would definitely recommend Gymnastics Village. The quality of instruction and the positive experience my daughter has had make it well worth it.

I cancelled my daughter classes on September 8 th 2025. As per cancellation policy i need to inform on Sep 4th so i paid Sep fees without using that facility But still they charged on Oct I contacted regarding   2 extra payments  made and also send screen shots. Still no reply. I already contacted several times regarding this issue. I did not see any refund on my credit card. I try to remove my credit from jack rabbit but there is no option i need to add another card to remove this card. I send so many emails no reply i don’t know why?

Awful experience. Do not even bother sending your child here! Look elsewhere! The Nashua facility is filthy. The upstairs viewing area for the parents is never cleaned. Dust, trash and overall, unsanitary. My two kids attended for a year and once we unenrolled them, they charged us a registration fee for the next year without informing us. Why register them when they are not enrolled anymore? I agreed to pay the last month tuition for the late notice for unenrolling but why should I pay a registration fee for a year when my kids are not even attending? Doesn’t make sense. Even Nelly, one of the office managers thought I should get refunded. The owner is money hungry and Debbie, the one who handles the billing couldn’t even call me herself. Unprofessional and horrible communication. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! You will regret it. Plenty of other places to go.

The coaches were super however the owner is just out of this world my daughter was going to her classes throughout the summer and ones school started she decided she doesn’t want to go anymore so me and my wife called multiple times to stop her membership however they never answered the phone when they finally did answer couple weeks after my wife was informed that we have to pay for the following month despite not using the membership!! When we expressed that we don’t want to pay for a service we’re not going to use or benefit from they insisted and told us that that’s their policy!! At this point that was too much for us to handle so we had to cancel our bank card and issue a new one just so they can’t charge the card PS staff tried helping however the final decision was made by the owner with that being said be careful when you give your financial information as this place will make sure to charge you left and right

I am going to be completely honest here. My daughter was interested in gymnastics so I called and got a message that they were away for July 4th for a week and closed. It further said they will reopen on July 8. I went at 4pm July 8 with my daughter and they were closed even though their message and website said they would be open. I call and leave a message finally get a call back 2 days later and ask if we can watch a class which they said they do not allow which is unheard of. Then they say they offer no free or trial class at all and you have to sign up which is sight unseen without knowing anything or even seeing what their classes are like so make your own opinion based on that but those are just the facts of what happened. Found another place that allowed us to watch a class, allowed us to see if she would like it with no commitment and also gave us a tour and were there during their actual business hours, go figure.
