She did a fantastic job on my rescue buddy. He looks so handsome! Thank you Nancy!

This groomer was unprofessional and rude. If she can't treat people with basic kindness and respect, it certainly doesn't make me feel confident about leaving my dog in her care. I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere and would not recommend her based on my experience. From the beginning, there was confusion over my dog's vaccination records because she repeatedly insisted his vaccines were expired. They were not. She simply wasn't reviewing all of the veterinary documents I had already sent her. When I let her know I would have him groomed after my move across the country instead, her response was unnecessarily rude. Instead of simply wishing me well, she criticized me, saying I was taking "a shedding ungroomed dog to Florida" and that he looked "quite messy from never being groomed." She even sent me a photo of how she thought he "should" look. My dog was due for a grooming—that's exactly why I had scheduled an appointment. There was absolutely no reason to insult my dog or speak to me that way. The grooming prices may be cheap, but after this experience, it's easy to see why. You get what you pay for.

We had been taking our Bernedoodle Hazel to another groomer who apparently didn’t have experience with her type of coat, therefore she was severely matted. Nancy did an amazing job with her. Her attention to detail and the skill she displayed were top notch! We will definitely be going back. We thank you Nancy and so does Hazel!

I took my 2 yorkies for a much needed grooming. Nancy told me what services she provided and the cost up front. She had her work cut out for her with one of my dogs that REALLY needed a haircut. She took her time and did a FANTASTIC job. Yes she was more expensive than what we were used to paying, but the end product was wonderful. Both dogs had a good experience with Nancy. Highly recommend Nalyn’s for dog grooming!

Our Bodhi had his first groom session with Nancy at Nalyn’s Pet Grooming Service. Nancy gave him a show cut and bath and he looked and smelled amazing! He also received a report card with all of his grooming details. I am planning to bring him a few times a year to her to keep his fur well kept and his shedding down. Thank you Nancy for our Bodhi! He brings us so much joy and I can’t imagine our life without him.
