My Pet Naturally

I love My Pet Naturally! They have such a great selection of high-quality products, especially their organic, natural animal-part chews. I always feel good about what I’m bringing home for my dog, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite pet stores!

Finally found a shop that actually stocks the good stuff. Most places around here are hit or miss, but they have every high-end brand and ingredient you could look for. Huge shoutout to the owner, Kelly—she was so patient with us and even hooked Ruby up with a treat. Super thorough selection and just a great vibe. Definitely our new go-to.

My go to place for my dog's food. Owners are REALLY passionate and knowledgeable about canine diet. Their selection is small but limited to quality products and many items are priced comparably to Petco or Chewy. The have dry food that free of grains and includes necessary vitamins. They also sell raw foods from local farms at reasonable prices, and even will help you find a good diet within your budget. They even recommended I could reduce food budget and help my dog's skin and coat by adding raw eggs and Greek yogurt. Works well for me because I also like eggs and Greek yogurt. My dog loves raw food, including turkey and chicken necks, which is not easy to find. I tried feeding her turkey neck I bought at the supermaket but it made her sick. All the staff is kind and knowledgeable. They seem to really like their jobs and it's awesome they are permitted to bring their dogs to work. Also the grooming services are well priced and very patient and respectful with dogs....my rescue had a lot of anxiety initially, and I had a different place refuse to work with her because she was nervous and snapped. However, the groomers here had no issues. Infact the first visit they had me hold her

Brought my dog in for grooming today because I love to support my local shops whenever possible. However, when I picked her up her left eye can barely stay open and is swollen. Both eyes are incredibly blood shot, and she is continually trying to scratch her face accompanied by yelping and whining. I didn’t get a super close look at her until I arrived home at which time I called to ask if anything had happened, they claimed the entire grooming was completely ordinary. Unfortunately I will not be returning here. $115 is a bit pricy for a grooming that will need to end in a visit to the vet.

Only shop in LA ( since the new owner took over) that they don’t have any paper bags or even plastic bag or anything called bag to put the items purchased from their store. I have been the customer of this shop more than 8 years but not anymore with this new owner attitude. UPDATE: OWNER SCREAMS AT CUSTOMERS – RECYCLES TRADER JOE’S BAGS & GIANT BOXES Last week I gave 1 star because this is the only pet store in LA that refuses normal bags. For 4 small pet food packages, they stuffed everything into a MASSIVE USED CARDBOARD BOX from their own shop deliveries — big enough for a microwave. The 2–3 times I got a paper bag? Recycled Trader Joe’s bags — cheap, flimsy, and reused. Today I returned and the OWNER YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS for my honest review. He refused to apologize, defended the no-bag policy, and berated me instead of listening. As a business owner, I fix problems — I don’t scream at paying customers. Wasteful, cheap, and shockingly rude & refused to sell products to me!!!! Because of my honest review. Still 1 star even one star is too much for this shop. Never again. I just purchased from another shop and this is how they give their products to the customers no
