Don't do it! Even though the location may be convenient and the price is reasonable, the grooming is by far the worse I've ever seen as a life long dog owner. The first groom was done by either an amateur or a child. I allegedly spoke to the owner and asked that this particular groomer never service my dogs. The second time, the cut was barely average. Yes, I even gave the business a third try. Why? Because I am a life long dog owner I understand animals are just that animals, so things happen. The third time left me wondering what did you do for the past five hours? Did someone's child care or not care for my dogs? It was absolutely absurd. I tried calling the establishment and the gatekeeper did just that, gatekeep and I never connected with the owner again. A customer of a small business should be able to speak with the owner about their experience. If the owner isn't willing to hear legitimate concerns they shouldn't be in the service business. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of thinking about it, I decided to post my experience and warn fellow local dog owners before they spend their hard earned money and time to seek another groomer. I love taking my dog to My Pet Groomer! The groomers are experienced, detail oriented, and take a lot of care with dogs of all kinds. My collie shep is a nervous breed, but she had no issues. I booked my appointment a few days in advance. With the staff being so busy, it can sometimes be difficult to talk on the phone, but the website has a form you can send. $15 for 2 minutes behind after 12 years of coming here!!! And never being late!!! So, much for great customer service!!! Front desk worker is RUDE and very unprofessional!!! I asked to speak with a manager or contact for the manager and she stated, "She's the manager ". Poor customer service all the way around¡! His groomer April is great!!!

This is my second time bringing my labradoodle here. As he has gotten older and bigger he has become a handful at Petsmart to groom and that medicine makes him sick so I tried something else. There is a standard doodle type look I like to see on him. His body is never matted and in the summer I like it low but not to the skin low. Pet smart has a cut chart example and they are familiar with teddy bear rounded faces. A standard double coated curly hair poodle usually is shaved all the way down due to mat and that is a look for some however doodle mixes have a fuller fluffy teddy bear like look. This is what I have asked for both times and he has been shaved down a length below 5/8 I'm used to. Head was uneven mouth and chin wasn't rounded out tail is always cut up. Ears was left undone sighting mat however I demat his ears a lot at home because they are curly and rarely ever have that problem at the former groomer. It's a price increase yearly and the style has never been right. I will have to find someone else, this is so frustrating to pay for something you don't like and have to wait to it's fully grown out to get someone to do it right.

Took both of my babies today, but my giant schnauzer got a certificate for his first time getting groomed. Mr. Ramirez did a wonderful job!! I just love my pet groomer!
