My Laundry Depot - Morgan

So, this place used to be REALLY good, however over the last six months to a year, it's fallen off real bad. There are dryers and washers that are constantly broken, the place is dirtier than ever, and now that they've prevented the baskets from being brought out of the door with much taller baskets, things are going the wrong direction. Multiple washers and dryers have been broken for MONTHS now, with no fixes in sight. The washers and dryers have been getting worse and worse when it comes to the cleanliness as well. When it comes to the baskets, this is a huge issue for those with health issues or disabilities that need to bring their baskets to their vehicles. Overall, this place is getting worse and worse. The icing on the cake is them trying to hurry people up two hours before they close. They close off the gates and make it look like they're closed very early. Management needs to take a long look at not only their employees here, but also the machines.

The place was clean, but the workers are EXTREMELY rude. I had walked in one night to do one quick load and wasn’t there for even 2 minutes when I was told “you can only do a quick wash and that’s it” with attitude. So I just left. I went the next night earlier and got my load in. My mother had walked in, along with some other people trying to do a load. The older lady with black and gray hair then starts yelling across the store “NO YOU CANT DO LAUNDRY ANYMORE ITS TOO LATE” but they had already put clothes in. So she let them, and then continues to tell them to “hurry up” and “we close at 10 you need to move quicker than that” and yells at everyone that walked in. I get if it gets too late and you have to stop people from washing. But she had no right to talk to anyone with the attitude she had. She needs to be fired.

It’s been a while since i have had to visit a laundromat, so i cringed a little when i had to make a laundry run while traveling. But this place is SO NICE!!!! It’s super super clean. The machines work great! The clients using the facilities are nice, friendly, and keep to themselves. The attendant is very helpful and super friendly too! By far the most pleasant experience visiting a laundromat ever.

Home Away From Home!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LAUNDRY MAT!!! I am so very thankful that I came across it while traveling home from work one day...I have been joyfully coming here ever since!!! It is, in my opinion, the best laundry mat in Corpus!!! From the kind, and helpful staff, to the sparkling cleanliness of the facility, to the FANTASTIC, FABULOUS, FESTIVE & FUN decorations...this place is doing it all right!!!! I honestly look forward to having a hamper full of dirty clothes, 'cause that means I get to come to my favorite mat...get all my clothes clean and dried...and, even meet a few new friends along the way!!! THANK YOU ALL for making this THE BEST Laundry Deport in town!!!! ...with blessings and immense gratitude, thank you all 🙏🏽❤️❣️
