Patricia and Andrea are the best! They’re always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been to this store several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. I came in on Saturday to use the self-bath, and I seriously love their self-bath package! The price is very reasonable, and it’s honestly a lifesaver. I don’t have to struggle with bathing my dog in my apartment tub anymore. 😂 To my surprise, they were also hosting a fun enrichment session for doggies and their humans. LOL! We joined in and even won a prize! Yeah!! 🐶🏆🎉 Such a fun experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The sweetest staff & amazing customer service! I went in to do my normal shopping & was talking to them and mentioned I am rescuing another doggy soon & they set me up with some freebies for my new kiddo as well! Such an awesome experience & thank you to the manager & staff for being so welcoming and helpful!

I have been bringing my fur babies to Mutt and Company for years and each groomer that has worked with them has been excellent! My current dog sees Reagan and she is very patient with Dolce. My dog is a 16 year old large breed dog and Reagan is gentle and calm. I appreciate her recognizing Dolce’s needs. All the staff at the Sawmill location are amazing!

Stephanie did a great job with Woody! We were very impressed with her attention to detail and listening to better understand his unique needs. Just outstanding!

I absolutely LOVE this store!!!! The entire team is so friendly & welcoming, especially Patricia! They have a fantastic selection of toys, treats, food & supplements. They even had a cute photo opp set up in the store & offered my doggo treats to sample while we were shopping. I was given the best recommendations when I was here. It's awesome how they support other local businesses in the community too. Would rate 10 stars if I could!
