They did so good with our dog for his shots and blood work. The easy cheese being sprayed on the floor was entertaining for everyone, including the dog😂 Definitely will be using them again! Highly recommend🩷

If i could give a zero i would. Dr Pointer was great. Front staff and office manager is horrible. They gave me a treatment plan for my dog that needed surgery. The day before they called to confirm and told me drop off is 7:30. The text message I got from them stated surgery time was scheduled for 7:45. I show up at 7:30. Stood outside waiting for staff to show up. 7:45 came and two employees finally come open the door. There were multiple families standing outside that were also told 7:30 drop off. When i got my dog all checked in i was told due to age blood work was needed. I said ok. Thinking it was in the treatment plan. No, it in fact was not and i was charged an additional 117 dollars at pick up. I called later and asked why it was not included and they had no answers. It was on their end. They should have had the blood work on the treatment plan from the get go! Communication there is horrible!!! When i called back the next morning to ask additional questions Danielle would not even let me talk and then hung up on me. Not professional.

I don’t recommend! I felt like I was rushed out and my concerns for my cat weren’t taken care of. My indoor cat got out last night and came back with a bloody ear, shaking his head a lot, hiding, & not eating. The only good experience I had was getting an appt the same day. I expected them to check his ear, clean it, give antibiotics (which they did), and provide pain relief (they did not). I was in the waiting area longer than I was in the room. The vet comes in and repeatedly yanks my cats hurt ear and repeatedly shoved one of those Q Tips in it. He was NOT gentle about it! I thought he would clean the ear so he could see the damage and get rid of the god awful smell but he didn’t do any of that. He just says “Hmmm, what to do.” He left and came back with an antibiotic shot and told me to come back in 7-10 days if it wasn’t better and that the smell would go away. At checkout, I asked if my cat was being given anything for pain relief and I was told “the vet doesn’t think he needs it.” If this was a human, they would absolutely be given Tylenol or ibuprofen! I also googled how to clean a cats ear once I got home. I used a wound wash I had and cotton balls and was able to GENTLY r

This facility is truly a Godsend. Our German shepherd experienced bloat and we rushed her to the clinic where we were greeted with the most compassionate staff. When Dr. Pointer realized what he was facing he presented us with options and was willing to do his part. He is very humble and was amazing. The surgical procedure was totally successful and we credit this success to the quick and knowledgeable response from the staff and Dr Pointer's incredible talent. Our German Shepherd is home recovering with no complications. We are very thankful for this hospital and the kind, caring people!

Mom went to get her dog put down from old age, thinking it was going to be piece full and comfortable way.... Let me tell you it's Wasn't!! Was the most Horrific experience. The Dr and his staff were the farthest thing from professional and didn't know which was was up or down. For whatever reason they taught it was a good idea to put a catheter inside of him. The dog was screaming so loud and there was so much commotion that I passed the front desk into the room and there was three technicians. Laying on top of a 20 lb Chihuahua.... It's a pretty bad when you think you have a good vet. Find out the worst time that you don't. Could have taken him to the humane society and they would have done it a thousand times better than they did. It might be good for nail clip-ins and shampoo and don't ever get your dog. Put down there I promise you you'll regret it
