Mutt Cuts By Nicole

This is a first for both of us. Lizzy came to visit to get her first hair cut. She's still a pup and a little crazy for me to gandle. She has a mind of her own,but she needed an expert touch. This is my first time visiting as well as Liz. I was extremely pleased as I knew she needed attention. They did an excellent job on her and Lizzy will definitely be returning. I would take a picture of her but she is solid black. I can't tell which end is up anyway a Great Job! Thank you!!!

We brought our 6-month-old very tiny and wiggly puppy into Nicole and she did an amazing job for a great price! We will definitely be regulars!

I brought my dog Capone. He is 15 and we have always struggled to trim his nails. Kaitlyn, Nicole and crew were so nice, calm and good with him, when I heard her say “okay last paw” I was so relieved and overjoyed! It took less than 10 minutes and the price is perfect. Highly recommend for all your dog grooming needs!

This was my first time bringing my long-haired German Shepherd to Mutt Cuts. It had been a while since our last groom and our girl needed a thorough clean-up and trim. Nicole was very polite, professional, and informative with scheduling the appointment, and was flexible when we had to reschedule due to a health issue. Her customer service was great! The grooming, however, was disappointing. When I picked up my pup she looked pretty much the same as when she went in. She was clean/bathed, but the trim was minimal and uneven/choppy in parts. She still had clumps of undercoat that hadn’t been brushed out, and her coat still looked very full with lumpy spots. She still had tangled/matted spots on her underbelly. When I got home I ordered a grooming rake off Amazon to tackle the undercoat myself and, 3 days later, was able to remove a substantial amount of hair from her undercoat (the pic shows only 1/2 of what I’ve removed so far, and I’m only halfway finished with the job). Overall, I feel like we got an expensive bath. Our old groomers across town did a much more thorough, clean job at less cost, so that’s what I have to compare it to. Wish it would have worked out better.

I've been taking Reese my German Shepherd mix for 3 years. We always get "the works"- bath, full body trim and nails cut. She always looks, smells and feels amazing. Reese can be extremely skittish, however, I know she's been handled with kindness by her demeanor towards Nicole. Whether it's a full house or just a few the place is always kept up to par. Upon arrival- Reese's sitting in a clean, safe kennel amongst other animal lovers. The staff is nice and accommodating with fair prices. My mother who recommended Mutt Cutts- has been taking her Jack Russell for over 4-5 yrs. They go for both "the works" and in between nail trims. Our families and fur babies are so grateful to have found such a wonderful groomer!
