I was both suspicious and intrigued when I saw this company had so many perfect 5 star reviews on Google and other platforms. I now know why. I left my three cats in the care of Music City Cats for one week and I was completely blown away by the service. The process to get started is streamlined and professional. They come to your home for an introduction and to gather information. This was so complete, they even asked me things I hadn't even thought to include in the paperwork. They are very detail-oriented which gave me confidence they could take care of my three, even with one cat needing daily medication and other as-needed medications for various health issues. There were contingencies in place for the severe cold weather and power outages we were expected to experience at the time as well (January/Feb 2026). They truly care about the animals well-being and seem adaptable to complications based on our conversations about the weather and reading other client's reviews. Music City Cats is truly a gem! They took incredible care of my three cats while I was on vacation, and I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive and compassionate team. What really sets them apart is the attention to detail—they send the most thoughtful, comprehensive updates after each visit, complete with photos, notes on behavior, feeding, litter, and playtime. It’s clear they genuinely love and understand cats. On top of that, they went above and beyond for me during a medical emergency by accommodating a last-minute booking without hesitation. Our fluffy family loves Music City Cats! We have used them several times and even pay a little extra so they spend a full hour loving on our kitties. We love the daily updates and pictures! Leaving home is so easy when you have someone you know and trust to take care of your cats.

We LOVE Music City Cats! We were upset about the boarding service to board our purr baby Mini during the month we traveled overseas. We found Music City Cats and called them the day before our departure. They were so helpful that they arranged everything immediately. Our baby was taken care of for a month with great attention by Music City Cats. They are not only helpful, but they are also a cat lover. We highly recommend Music City Cats.

I cannot recommend Music City Cats more – what an absolutely incredible service. Kevin, Caroline, and Cate have taken care of my two highly-energetic cats, and I know those two were in very capable hands. I felt completely at ease while on vacation knowing my cats were receiving excellent care. I looked forward to the text/email updates (with photos!) every day. The cat food & waste areas were very clean upon returning, and my cats were very content (despite having mangled their new feather toys – which they loved). Thank you Kevin, Caroline, and Cate, for being so prompt, organized, and wonderful with my fur babies!
