Muddy Paws Pet Grooming and Spa

I left my 2 dogs with them for a little over a week while I traveled. My dogs look well taken care of. 2 things I am annoyed with and therefore will not use them again in the future: there is a convenience fee for credit card use. No one mentioned that at the time of booking over the phone or when my husband dropped the dogs off. I would have stopped at the ATM. Secondly, I was told that if the dogs were there over 7 days they got a free bath. I said ok. I had them groomed 2 week prior but said yes because I was told it was free. They charged me for both dogs and looked at me like I had 2 heads when I told them it would be free. Idk what the misunderstanding was. Will use another boarding place in the future.

Muddy Paws Pet Grooming deserves every bit of this 5 star review! 🐾 From the moment I dropped him off, I felt comfortable knowing he was being cared for by people who genuinely love animals. They don't just groom your pet... they treat them like family..💓 Their prices are very reasonable and the care they put into their work really shows. When I picked Remy up he looked absolutely magnificent! He was so well groomed very soft, handsome, and smelling great. They even add a bow tie or bandana as the finishing touch which makes him look extra dapper... The best part is knowing he was treated with kindness and care while he was there. That peace of mind means everything, I appreciate you so much for that... Thank you Muddy Paws for taking such great care of my boy. Remy and I highly recommend you. 10/10! ❤️🐾

We loved coming this place all the time for all our dogs. I don't know if management changed within the last year, but service has not been great when it comes to customer service. Our most recent trip was double what we normally paid, even based off their own pricing. When I called to question the charges, the manager became rude, then eventually loud. I was also trying to figure out why they no longer had records of our recent visits. When she started yelling, I had to hang up. We had heard things about instances like this, but we always shrugged them off, thinking it was an anomaly. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a new groomer. It is a shame, because we used to love them so much and recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough great things about Muddy Paws and the ladies who ALWAYS take good care of us. My friend takes her dogs here and told me about them because I was looking for an affordable groomer for my dog. I always tell her how thankful I am that she told me about Muddy Paws. They were so gentle with my Rocky baby and extremely patient! We come all the way from Spivey’s Corner and it’s worth every minute of that drive. On Rocky’s first visit he was very scared and had to come back on another day to get his groom. That alone secured my loyalty to this business, the fact that they were willing to give him another chance. The ladies in here are so sweet and make us feel so welcomed every time. Rocky gets his groom with Ms.Emma. He loves his good boy bandana he gets with his visits (Photos of the good boy included🥰). He feels so soft and smells so good. They go above and beyond at this groomer. You would be doing yourself and your fur babies a disservice NOT visiting Muddy Paws. A+++++ service.

This is my 4th or 5th visit. My dogs always come out looking amazing. KIM is my groomer and she is so friendly and nice. She always does the haircut I want exactly without me knowing how to explain it very well. Show a picture and trust her that she’ll do an amazing job. She’s done my dogs the last few times and I’m always happy with the service Kim provides. Thank you!!
