They have the best variety of everything I can think of! Customer service is great and prices are competitive.

Very friendly service and very stocked up with products. Very clean and organized. Only downside we're prices on things like dog toys and accessories. About twice what you'd find on Amazon.

I just wanna make a special thank you to Miss Phoenix, she was so sweet and helpful. My dog didn’t get a Christmas present and I was on such a tight budget and she’s so thoughtfully walked me through the store until we could find the perfect little oh no doll that was within my budget for my Bella bear. She’s gotta be one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things pets. She helped me find a couple of great products for my cat as well thank you so much, Phoenix. I hope that mudbay treats you with the level of kindness and warmth that you treat all of the customers, XOXO liberty hart

Best staff around. Best in store artist. All staff are very very knowledgeable. High quality products but affordable fir anyone's budget. Returning items is so easy. Reward programs. Delivery. Help to your car. Easy parking. I've been a mud bay shopper for MANY MANY years. Fairwood location is a fave. Love the staff and they know my dog by name. However every mud bay I frequent around Western WA has been top notch. Thank you guys! Love Lee & Grizzy bear

Like all mudbays this one is spot on. They are always incredibly kind, caring, and helpful when finding new things for the pets! For example, we asked for recommendations for backpacking with our dog and the next time we came in the employee remembered and asked how it worked out and went. We are beyond lucky to have these individuals working the store! Make sure you go out to some of their community events, always a blast!
