I am very happy with the floor refinishing I had done. I was not expecting it to look like a new floor n it is beautiful!! The project process was simple n efficient, pricing was very reasonable. I cannot recommend this flooring professional highly enough. From start to finish, his work exceeded every expectation I had. The sanding and finishing of my floors were completed with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and true professionalism. He was punctual, respectful, and maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the entire project. What impressed me most was his dedication to quality—he took the time to ensure every detail was perfect and never cut corners. We had an amazing experience with Mr. Sandless of Youngstown! Jon and his crew, Derek and Connor, were outstanding from start to finish. They sanded our 30-year-old maple floors to remove the bevel and installed new hardwood to match - it turned out completely seamless. They also repaired damaged areas with new wood, and everything blends beautifully. It truly looks like a brand new floor. Jon was great to work with - professional, responsive, and committed to making sure we were happy. Derek and Connor were just as impressive: professional, tidy, kind, and very knowledgeable. They were collaborative throughout the staining process, helped us feel confident in our decisions, and gave us peace of mind every step of the way. We were also pleasantly surprised by how little dust there was, especially for such an extensive project. I would highly recommend Mr. Sandless of Youngstown to anyone and will absolutely use them again in the future!

Jon and his team at Mr. Sandless just completed a massive flooring project at our new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was a substantial undertaking - refinishing over 1,100 sq ft of existing 30+ year old hardwood floors, installing nearly 1,000 sq ft of new white oak flooring, including matching oak floor registers with frames, trim work, and completely redoing our staircase with new treads and landing. What impressed me most was their dedication and professionalism. The crew commuted over 2 hours round trip every day for 5 weeks straight - that level of consistent commitment is rare to find. They were incredibly flexible throughout the project and offered fantastic suggestions for all the detailed work that comes up during a job this extensive. The team was always respectful of our home and truly a pleasure to work with. But the real testament to their skill is the finished product - it turned out better than we ever envisioned! Our experience with Jon and his team was fantastic. Our floors look amazing. They sanded down three different golden oak-colored floors and made them all look like the same wood. The modern color is beautiful. Jon also rebuilt our stairs and they turned out gorgeous! Everyone was so kind and respectful during the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking to redo their floors!
