Mr. Car Wash & Self Service Wash 24/7

Very disappointed. The machine showed that I used $6 worth of water for my car wash, but when I checked my bank account, my card had been charged $20. There was no warning or explanation about the higher charge. This feels very misleading. If you're going to charge customers more than what the machine displays, you need to make that clear. I won't be coming back, and I recommend others check their bank statements after using this car wash.

The water works, and the air is a joke, especially with the handle always falling off. Tried 2 different bays and the soap and air are just not functioning properly if at all. Planning on just disputing my charges once they’re finalized since I came in with a dirty car and left with one. This place is a scam. As mentioned above, I tried two bays and each was on for no more than 10 min combined and was charged 50 bucks total.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had issues until today. I went to one bay and used the pressure washer I’d say for about 5-10 minutes and was supposed to be charged $6 and some cents. I went to another bay to see if there was soap because there was none in the first bay I went to. I had to pay to check obviously and I was only supposed to be charged $5. Didn’t even end up using the bay because there was no soap. Go to check my bank account and was charged $20 for both uses. This is ridiculous. Called customer service number to which went to voicemail. Still waiting on a call back. I’m very disappointed. $11 and some cents wouldn’t be an issue for me and I can understand there not being soap, shit happens. But, $40… come on now.

They could definitely use an upgrade to The pumps in the building. I can blow my nose harder than the water coming out of that nozzle. Product distribution was pretty good though, the foaming brush was pumping out suds and when I chose wax, there was definitely product coming through the hose.

I never leave reviews but I had a terrible experience & none of the customer service lines work. I visited this wash for the first time & used the self service bay. I was pleasantly surprised to find out you could use your card instead of coins. The machine said $3 wash. After spraying my vehicle with water none of the soaps or foam brush worked. I went to the next bay over & tried there to only to get the same result. The first bay charged me $12.75 (after trying to get the machine to turn off for 5+ minutes) & the other bay charged me $5 (wasn’t on for more than 2 minutes) quite a bit of hassle & money to drive off with a dirty car. I would not waste my time here!
