Really disappointed with Morgan’s Paws in York. My mother was supposed to visit me and booked her dog there. I paid the $50 deposit. Then I got COVID, so obviously my mother could no longer come visit. We immediately called to cancel or reschedule, and I even offered to apply the $50 toward a future stay. They refused, citing a five-day cancellation policy that was never disclosed to me when they took my payment. It’s only $50, but it says a lot about how a business treats people. And if this is how you treat people when something completely unexpected happens, it certainly makes me question trusting you with an animal I love. They kept the $50. They lost our business.

I was super excited to get my 6 month old puppy enrolled in doggy daycare to get her more socialized with other dogs and give her something to do during the day while at work. The staff that took my calls was friendly and the assessment looked promising. We dropped her off for the evening and I watched the webcams through the evening. To my surprise the dogs had nothing to do. The staff does not engage, the dogs do not get access to go to the bathroom outside so my potty trained puppy peed and pooped right next to the staff after not being able to go out. She usually goes to bathroom after a nap and I have no clue if she was ever taken outside at any point. Then as I continued to watch, the staff just stood there on her phone ignoring the fecal and urine matter on floor that the dogs were walking through. Then my pup got really excited to play with some dogs and within 5-10 sec of her wiggles she was immediately squirted with a water bottle. Then she was chased around by the lady and punished even more for walking over towards the back of room towards other dogs. The interaction was less than 15sec before she was punished. Our Bernese Mountain Dog has been going to Morgan’s Paws since she was just 12 weeks old, and it truly has become her home away from home. From the moment we pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited to go inside and see everyone. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s somewhere she’s loved and well cared for. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about every dog that walks through their doors and always treat them like their own. My husband and I recently welcomed our first child, and the team at Morgan’s Paws surprised us with the sweetest baby gift. That small gesture meant so much to us and really showed how much they care—not just about the dogs, but about the families who bring them there. We’re so grateful to have found Morgan’s Paws and couldn’t recommend them more!

Absolutely love Morgans Paws. They definitely show their love for our furr babies. Our sweet Sophia boards there, gets groomed there and attends doggy daycare. They offer so many services and have a great store too. They go above and beyond. May even spoil them too lol. This year's Christmas photo they did. Highly recommend.

Our menagerie of dogs love staying at Morgan's Paws ... it is their little vacation when we cannot take them on our international travels. Recently, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty when one of our dogs got sick. Their fast assessment and action saved our girl's life. We are grateful for their professional care, kind staff and fantastic facilities. PS - Seeing our dogs on their social media accounts is fun, too!
