Very poor experience related to staff attitude and interaction. Visited store Saturday 1:10 pm. Located items to purchase and walked to outdoor area to checkout. Staff member walking in front of me abruptly stopped in center of walkway. I stopped and waited thinking she would be aware of my being unable to walk past her with several plants I was carrying by hand and a ceramic pot. I politely stated “Excuse me, please.” Staff turned abruptly and made direct eye contact staring several seconds with no reply then sighed and used body language of disgust and contempt. Spoke with what may have been a manager at checkout who was unreceptive and in her responses also displayed hostility and contempt. Her body language and verbal responses were highly passive aggressive. She was overtly rude. There are profound differences in “personality” of the owned locations that typically derive from the attitude of the owner, if not managers. I can’t say which influenced this location. Nicely displayed and well cared for plant selections and associated materials. Very clean. I’ve never been asked if I need help during my five visits to this location, unlike other Agway locations in the state. This

It's a little late but I was looking for annuals for the cemetery. Christine was great to talk to you and very knowledgeable! They always have such a great selection of perennials and annuals.

I love this store - both for garden supplies and dog food and treats, and bird seed. This is a. Wonderful, family run place, with friendly efficient staff, and great stock. It moves fast and the place is popular with locals for good reason.

I purchased all of there gray flagstone and they discounted the chipped ones. I am trying to get my lawn back after the flood took most of my plants, berries and flowering trees away
