About Mon-Ami Dog Grooming
The next-generation of dog grooming located in the East-End.
Mon-Ami Dog Grooming is a pet groomer in Swissvale, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 7722 Evans St, Swissvale, PA 15218, which places it among the local businesses of Swissvale that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 9 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Sunday. Swissvale is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Swissvale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Lily does a great job with our pup, Winslow. He loves her! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer in the area.

My wife and I were looking for a dog groomer. The previous one was fantastic but moved on to opening a new facility for their services So, there we were in a bind trying to find a good dog groomer who was gentle and provided good services. We were referred to Lilly from one of my co workers. My wife and I have four dogs, three are rescues and have had a very tough life. First off, we wanted someone who was caring and when Lilly came, we could see when she was holding our girls , that she was very caring and it wasn’t just about making money. I was nervous because when my wife leaves out of state for business or fun, her exact words are not that she loves me and misses me but “my children better be here when I get back or you better not be!” Lilly did not know this but I was watching her interactions with our kids on the ring app… Once I got home and saw our kids, I swear it looked as if they just came off a show room! Their nails trimmed perfectly, we have chihuahuas and the way Lilly cut their hair and fluffed it out made their colors shine like never before! We have 100 shampoos in our house, I have no idea what Lilly used but I held gabby for a long time not just to hug her but

Lily makes our dog look beautiful! Cleans and removes hair from her ears which has been a problem. So happy and grateful for her service!

We love this groomer. She's wonderful with our puppy and he always comes home happy, clean and looking very handsome. It's easy to schedule with Lily and she's been very patient with our dog as he gets used to the process of grooming. Highly recommend!

It can be notoriously difficult to find great groomers for Rough Collies, and I'm so glad I brought my rowdy (adolescent) puppy to Mon Ami! He's a large breed dog who came to me with some anxiety about grooming, but Mon Ami has been amazing, working with him at his own pace to make sure grooming is not a scary experience. I love that I can drop him off and pick him up a couple hours later, knowing he will be happy and relaxed and hasn't spent all day waiting in a kennel for his turn or exposed to other dogs he doesn't know. When I ask for help with grooming issues at home or a recommendation for products or techniques, Lily is always so great about explaining and taking time to make sure I can keep my guy feeling and looking good between grooms. It was important to me to find a Fear Free groomer and I'm glad I came to this one!
