Pretty good overall... I had seedlings covering the hood of my vehicle that can stick and stain when rain also comes down on them. No car wash clears that but ModWash did a good job of getting me to the point where will have to spot clean it by hand.

I had an amazing experience at ModWash in Cherry Hill, NJ, thanks to Olivia! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the services, making sure I got exactly what I needed.

This facility is modern, efficient and the staff is very helpful. I have a Tesla and had a little difficulty getting it into car wash mode. The service person was very patient and helpful. The vacuuming stations once you're done with the wash are easy to use and spread between cars so you're not bumping into people. I will go back.

I have 2 monthly memberships for both my cars. They are typically opened at 8 am. I pull up at 8:57 and closed. Wasted my time heading there as did the other 5 cars that pulled up. At keast post something on social media if you will be closed. Seems like its always something at this site. Cameras never work to scan your plate or never have the cleaning towels or supplies. Vacuums sometime don’t work either. Debating whether to cancel my membership and find somethinv more reliable. Update: I finally pulled the trigger and canceled the membership. Called customer service because again they were closed and it was 11:00 in the morning. Customer service called the site and they confirmed they closed and didn’t even notify the main office. Customer service didn’t even try to rectify or offer any solution for the fact that I pay each month for the membership but can’t seem to ever wash my car or vacuum (these are always broken). Cameras are always broken so you find yourself sitting there waiting for a staff member to run out and log you in. So many other places to choose in Cherry Hill. Can honestly say if customer service offered a solution I would probably have given them another shot

Saturday April 18 2026-Hi, This review is to complement STEVIE the manager and the way he treated me. He was SUPER eagar to assist me as a 1st time user and senior citizen. Happy friendly attitude made want to sign up for membership. He even followed up to make sure EVERYTHING went perfect. BEST management I ever saw in retail management. My car was like NEW when I drove out ! Thank you ! John Kokes :-)
