Finally found a wonderful groomer, Jen, at Modern Salon that knows how to cut our English Springer Spaniel beautifully. Thank you Jen! The front desk staff is very efficient and friendly. Highly Recommend this pet salon!!

Great spa for my two dogs. We go monthly and can’t recommend it more! I appreciate them texting me when it’s time for their monthly grooming. Very accommodating.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for a light trim and made it very clear that I did not want any knots cut out. Despite those instructions, my dog came back with multiple large shaved patches that completely changed his appearance. What was even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Instead of taking responsibility or acknowledging that my instructions weren’t followed, I was simply told they could “cut more to my liking.” That response made no sense—the issue wasn’t that I wanted a different style. The problem was that they had already shaved large sections of my dog’s coat, and that’s not something that can be corrected with another haircut. The only “fix” is waiting months for his hair to grow back. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds is what matters. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, and an apology. Instead, I felt dismissed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a groomer who carefully follows client instructions.

Always a great experience. Wonderful service, meticulous grooming and baths. My 2 golden retrievers look great with their summer cut. Very happy!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Modern Day Pet Salon. They have been grooming my dogs for some time now, and I am extremely pleased with the level of care and professionalism they consistently provide. In particular, I would like to recognize Juan, who grooms my dogs. He does an exceptional job every time. My dogs are not fond of haircuts, yet he handles them with remarkable patience, skill, and care. That alone speaks volumes about his expertise. Additionally, the salon’s convenient location is a great benefit, and the entire team is always respectful, attentive, and kind. I truly appreciate the way my dogs are treated during each visit. Thank you all for your continued dedication and outstanding service. It is greatly appreciated.
