‼️ KEEP THIS WOMAN AWAY FROM YOUR PETS!!! 48hr post bath my French bulldog developed infections in both ears thanks to this groomer not drying him properly. This is to be expected when she charges $65 for a bath that she flies though in 20 minutes (see times on screenshot) once she’s setup after arriving 40 minutes late to my first appointment. Vet says he has swimmers ear from not being dried properly and Vet Bill will be coming in Small claims Court along with the $225 this woman charged me to bathe a Frenchie & brutally destroy the shave on my Collie. This “Groomer” is nothing short of a liar and an untrained disgrace who has no business touching anyone’s animals. I will see her in court.

AVOID IF YOU’RE EXPERIENCED WITH PROPER GROOMING. I would also STRESS that if you cannot speak her native language, to find a groomer who can communicate in English verbally, as it became very clear this owner speaks little English without using a translator on her phone, if any. She was unable to even communicate without texting me what she wanted to say afterwards from her translator, yet blamed me (from her translator app) for not properly communicating my issues to her in my driveway about the cut when I requested partial payment back. 🧐 When I brought my dog inside I found she’d bladed his undertail RAW and he was sensitive to the touch - having worked in the dog industry plenty, I ALWAYS check my dog and even brush him prior to grooming, especially with someone new and there was absolutely no issues with him before this woman took a low hot blade to his genitals. See texts as to her endless excuses. If I could give zero stars, I would. And I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. I chose this salon being new to the area and based on other great reviews but it’s clear one experience isn’t the same for all. However, the issues extended far past her ina

If you are looking for a 5 star service then look no further! Booking with Star Pets Grooming was super easy. They showed up at my front door and on time. Carla was extremely nice and very caring. She did a fantastic job leaving my two pups feeling brand new 🙂 I will definitely be using their services again!

Carla did and amazing job with my puppy, it was her second grooming and I was a bit nervous but she was very professional and did a low cut and styled just how I asked. Will definitely keep them as my dog’s groomers, great job.
