“13 years of trusted, loving care” For 13 years, from 2013 to 2026, Meeow Chicago was our go-to for boarding and grooming whenever we needed someone we could truly trust with Topanga. That kind of long-term relationship says a lot — she was never just “a client’s cat” to them, she was family. Every time we dropped her off, Topanga went in happy and relaxed, which as any pet owner knows, is not something you can fake or force. She built a genuine bond with Jennifer, Vicky, and the whole team over the years, and it showed in how comfortable she was in their care. The photo updates during her stays meant more than they probably realized — it was a small window into knowing she was safe, content, and looked after by people who actually cared about her wellbeing, not just going through the motions. The grooming was always exceptional, session after session, year after year, with pricing that never felt like it was creeping up or cutting corners. That consistency over more than a decade is rare. Topanga passed away recently, and looking back, I’m genuinely grateful that Meeow Chicago was part of her life for as long as it was. They gave us peace of mind during countless trips and sta

The mobile grooming service is fantastic. They took great care of my baby who unfortunately had quite a lot of mats due to coat shedding and me being unwell and unable to keep up with her daily grooming needs. When I brought her back inside it felt like she was trying to say "I feel so much better now!" Picture is from later in the day after the groom. I'm super impressed that they were able to keep her coat looking great despite the volume of matting they needed to cut out. Will for sure book again

I boarded my cat Stella here for 8 days while I was traveling and had a very positive experience. To be honest, I don’t typically use boarding — this was Stella’s first time. She’s very attached to me, and for shorter trips I usually have her stay at home. Because this was a longer trip, I decided to move forward with boarding, and I was definitely a little nervous about how she’d adjust. The booking process was simple. I submitted the request online and received confirmation within a day or two. At drop-off, I realized I hadn’t brought her litter (I hadn’t caught that they typically ask you to bring your own). They handled it easily — confirmed she uses regular clumping clay litter and provided it for a small additional charge. No issue at all. The facility is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. Each cat has a private suite with visibility into the larger space, which I appreciated. It’s also tucked back from heavy traffic, so drop-off and pickup felt calm and easy. The staff was friendly and professional. They confirmed her feeding schedule and preferences and sent daily photo updates. Stella looked understandably nervous at first, but by the end of her stay she appe

I am over the moon happy with the service from Meow Chicago! Jennifer was fabulous and my little kitty is so happy to be clean and mat free! I don’t have a car and so having pick up and delivery right in front of my building was so convenient! I will definitely be using this service on a regular basis!

I was nervous to board my cats for the first time ever due to renovations happening in our home, but we had a great experience at Meeow Chicago! The staff provided me with photo updates everyday, in addition to live video into their suite. They were also very flexible when setting up the booking, as our plans changed and we had to add extra days after making the initial reservation. It was such a relief to know my boys were safe and well taken care of!
