MedVet Mountain View

Medvet took such amazing care of my senior golden Koa. I was hysterical after a seizure at home and another as they wheeled her into the ER. They remained calm and jumped into action to save her. Everyone was so patient with my questions. All were so kind to my Koa. She is now resting at home and am thankful for this extra time I get with her. ❤️

We brought our small dog here for GI issues. We were in 4 times over the course of a week. Each time the staff listened and gave us the next options for how to try and figure out what was going on. They did not push treatments but instead gave us different options each with pros/cons of doing them and recommendations for what was needed vs not 100% necessary at that moment. They also gave us cost estimates ahead of time. Every visit the final cost was a little lower than the estimated cost, which was nice. We do have pet insurance and our claims went through quickly, so MedVet Mountain View was good at communicating with our insurance holder to get our claims approved quickly. Emergency vet services are costly, but MedVet approached everything from trying to make sure our dog got the care she needed while being transparent with us about cost. We would go back to MedVet in the future.

Your puppy deserves better than this place. I strongly recommend NOT going to this place. I went here since my vet recommended them and they were not able to do their job effectively. They left a foxtail in my puppies eyes for nearly a week until my vet was able to find it after looking at it for a minute. I even went to the best doctor there called Meera Ramesh. I am very disappointed by the doctor and this ER in general. I highly recommend to bring your dog to somewhere else. I hope doctor Ramesh pays more attention in the future with her other patients. I’m glad that she at least recommended me to go to my vet for a follow up after 1 week. If you love your pet, bring them somewhere else.

My dog had an amphetamine poisoning on a Stevens Creek trail after sniffing or eating something from the ground, and I'm extremely grateful for how fast and efficient Dr Zachary Ang and team members addressed the emergency to save Rainier's live. Both of us were treated with a lot of compassion that helped to get through that terrible night a lot. Rainier almost recovered and says hi and thank you!
