This is the 3rd time I have boarded Tonka with Magnolia Mutts (4 days, 8 days, 6 days). I dropped him off and was greeted by the sweetest young lady and young man that came to retrieve Tonka. Right away he got to play outside with other sweet babies that were his same size, everyday he got to go outside and play with his new friends with balls, bubbles, little swimming pools, etc. They gave me daily updates and sent photos as well. Tonka has seizures and takes medication and they were punctual with giving him his medicine and logged it each time. He got a bath this time also and when I picked him up he was BEAUTIFUL and smelled SOOO GOOD!!! If you need to board your baby or just want your baby to just play with others for the day PLEASE consider Magnolia Mutts, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I am beyond alarmed by my experience with Magnolia Mutts. I brought my dog in for a temperament evaluation a controlled, basic service required before boarding and during that process, they lost my dog. This is not a minor mistake. It reflects a serious failure in supervision, handling protocols, and basic duty of care. When a business accepts responsibility for an animal, there is an expectation that proper safety measures, secure containment, and trained staff are in place at all times. The emotional distress this has caused my 7yr old daughter cannot be overstated. Pet owners trust facilities like this with members of their family. Losing a dog under your care demonstrates negligence that should concern anyone considering their services. I strongly advise others to carefully evaluate whether this is a safe environment for their pets and to ask detailed questions about their safety procedures, staff training, and incident response protocols. I took my babies to Magnolia Mutts for a week while went out of town, they were amazing! I messaged them a few times and they always responded quickly, I got updates and lots of pictures! It definitely eased my mind about being aways from them. I will be signing them up for daycare asap! Whether you need a day out or a weekend away, your puppy will be getting lots of love and attention. 10000% recommendation.

I can't say enough good things about Magnolia Mutts! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that they truly care about the dogs. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of fun toys and play areas. The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and provide updates about my babies day. They always comes home happy and tired from all the playtime and socialization. I appreciate the daily photos and updates that let me see how much fun they’re having. Magnolia Mutts has become a second home for my babies, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention they receive. We love this place!!!! Highly recommend!

Magnolia Mutts is the best doggy daycare around!!! Winnie has been going here for almost a year. Each experience has been great, and I know my pup is getting the best care and so much love!! Plus they take pics everyday - they’re so cute and you can tell they have the best time 🥰
