I am very disappointed with my experience at this place. The grooming job on my dog was uneven, with noticeable inconsistencies in the haircut. Even more concerning I found a small cut on my dog’s leg after the appointment. When I returned to ask about the injury, the staff said they did not know where the cut came from and claimed they had not noticed it during the grooming process. Rather than taking responsibility or showing concern, they said the cut may have happened because my dog’s hair was slightly tangled and they had to use “more force” while grooming. To make matters worse, they also wanted to charge extra because of the tangles. I understand that matted or tangled fur can require additional work, but that does not excuse a cut or the lack of communication about it. If an injury occurs during grooming, pet owners should be informed immediately, not left to discover it themselves afterward. So I would not recommend this place

I love how Lisa groomed my bernedoodle! Not too short as many groomers do, and I asked if it was possible to add a little design on the tail and look at my girl! 🩷

This review is for Valerie: She is so amazing, professional and sweet, every-time I take my little Yorkie to her I feel so comfortable because my dog loves her and I sense how relaxed she is. The haircut is all the time so beautiful and exactly what I ask. Also, she always surprises me with the cute bandannas around my baby’s neck. Thanks Valerie! 🩷🙏🏻

I’ve come here a handful of times, and for the most part, I have not had any issues aside from having to occasionally wait outside as they only let one person in at a time. Last week I had scheduled an appointment to bring my cat in for a nail grooming and the receptionist there at the time seemed confused, she told me that next week they would have someone that can trim my cats nails but since there were no other appointments she wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the appointment scheduled which doesn’t make any sense to be because as a business if you are open and don’t have any clients planned, why would scheduling me for the following week be an issue. I asked her if I should worry, and she told me she would schedule me for 5:30 PM next week. Yesterday, I drove there with my cat at my designated appointment time to their business, and they were completely closed with all their lights off. I was upset because not only were they " allegedly " open based on their business hours, but even if an emergency came up, the least they could do was call me. Short story. They mixed up my dog with another dog. Went in for trim and they gave back my beautiful white poodle shaved off completely. She had no mats and no other hair issues. Long story. When I walked in I told the front the options they have for hair cut is too short so she went to the back and brought the clippers and I picked the longest hair option which was 1 inch (that means 1 inch hair will be left on her body). I gave my specific shampoo and left. Two hours later I called to see why it’s been so long. I should add that this is our usual grooming but today a different male groomer took my dog. When I called I was told they tried to reach me to tell me they mixed my dog with some other dog and instead they shaved off my dog completely. ( I have no miscalls or texts about them reaching me). My dog is extremely anxious about her hair. She goes into a depression/ anxiety mood when her hair is too short. She will not move from her curled position for days. Just gets up a quick second to pee in our backyard and runs inside. Barely eats or drinks. Do they not have a system to not get dog mixed up? Dogs look the same if you’re not the owner.
