Kenner is in Louisiana, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kenner follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The massage itself was good overall, not great. The score reflects the behavior and comments of the staff. During the massage, the staff member had her phone set to chime loudly every time the front door opened or she got a text message. Additionally, she chewed gum loudly during my session. These things made it difficult for me to relax. Furthermore, during my massage another staff member came in and the two ladies chatted in Chinese for about fifteen to twenty minutes. I don't know if the second lady was a trainee, or they were just talking about me, but it wasn't really appropriate to have someone else enter in the middle of the service without asking. At the end of the massage the lady patted in my belly and said, "You good body, many Americans BIG, FAT. You good body." This was also inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. Finally, at the end when I gave a tip, the staff member complained and said it was too low.

Sherry was amazing. She hit all of my pain points and I felt stress and pain free after my deep tissue massage. I will definitely come back more!

Massage was ok but she mostly used her elbow and it hurt. Her english was limited. Normal tip is 20%. Thats $14 for a $70 massage. I left her $30 and she complained and wanted a $50 tip. I will not return, thats crazy.

I saw a man/customer walking through the hall with his shirt off, pulling up his pants Red flag. These people also want you to pay before the service which i found very odd. Ive been getting massaged for years at spas like these and never once did i had to pay before getting the service. This place may be a scam In response to the owner, why would i say that??? Because I saw it with my own eyes and two of your massage therapists there saw it too!!!! So dont insinuate that im lying because I dont need to lie. And i see you didn't say anything about customers having to pay before getting the service scam!
