I had a scalp massage with Priscilla, and it was so relaxing and rejuvenating! She was so kind, and really took her time to create a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to booking again soon! I feel so lucky to have such a great spa here in Rockford.

I bought for my mom and I to do the duo head spa experience and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere was so relaxing, peaceful, and welcoming, and the entire experience felt like such a reset mentally and physically. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and you can tell they truly care about making clients feel comfortable and cared for. The staff was super friendly made, made sure to offer us a restroom if needed before we started as well as something to drink, they explained everything and super sweet! The treatments themselves were incredible — so soothing and relaxing that neither of us wanted it to end. It was also really special getting to share the experience together. We both left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely pampered. If you’re looking for a self-care experience or something fun and relaxing to do with someone you love, I cannot recommend this enough. We will definitely be coming back!

I booked a massage here as a birthday treat to myself, and it was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful from the moment I walked in, with calming music and a genuinely relaxing environment. My therapist took time to ask about tension areas and adjusted pressure throughout the session. I’ve been to spas where treatments felt rushed, but this one felt thoughtful and personalized. By the time I left, my shoulders felt noticeably better. The staff was welcoming without being overly formal. It was such a refreshing experience that I’ve already scheduled another appointment.

Phenomenal experience 5stars. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed not only with smiles and kindness, but with a spa aroma. It was relaxing and my head, shoulder and neck needed this I will be returning and recommending. I have very curly hair and I was extremely satisfied with the service. She spoke thoroughly on what was going to happen also showed me how my scalp look before and after.

They were so wonderful with my daughter and her cousins. They all had the Japanese head spa & got permanent Jewelry. I recommend luxe 100/100.. and the ladies gave them a rose for Valentine’s Day & cupcakes
