I absolutely love Lulu Groomers! This was my first time bringing Rylo here, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I asked if they could let me know if there were any cancellations, and the groomer kept his word and was able to get Rylo in right away. He did such an amazing job on Rylo’s haircut! His coat came out perfect, and his fur feels like silk and velvet. 😍 He also smelled SO good when I picked him up! Rylo has been to other groomers before, but I’ve never had him come home smelling this amazing. He also got Rylo done pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. I’m usually nervous about who I let groom my dog, but I’m honestly so impressed with how he turned out. You can tell he really took his time and did a great job. And the fact that Lulu Groomers is close to home is an even bigger plus for us. They definitely gained a new forever customer! I’m overly satisfied with the whole experience and will absolutely be bringing Rylo back. ❤️🐶

At first, I was excited to come here because my sister referred me. Even though she had a bad experience in the past, she said they had improved over the years, so I decided to give them a try. My dog is a 7-month-old Shihpoo, and this was her very first haircut. I purposely waited until she was fully vaccinated before bringing her in. When I arrived, I asked for the basic cut since it was her first grooming. They told me her hair was matted — but she was not matted. She’s very fluffy and hairy, yes, but I brush and comb her regularly. I know the difference between a fluffy coat and a matted one. When I returned to pick her up, my total was $113. I explained that this was my first visit, you all had just entered her information as a new puppy client, and I was not prepared for that total. The basic cut was supposed to be $75, but they added a $25 “matted” fee plus tax. I paid $95, and I’m not paying anything additional. On top of that, the grooming results were very disappointing. They left what looks like a gash on the top of my dog’s nose. I will be posting pictures so others can understand my frustration. This is the outcome for my 7-month-old Shihpoo’s first grooming experi

I like the fact that Ali was able to squeeze us in. I have multiple animals I foster and having someone close and flexible is valuable. The end result was good as both my female dogs were overdue for grooming and they did a good job with both. The price was higher than other groomers in the end but there was a good amount of work needed. It's the fact both are special needs animals and they require extra attention because they are both rescued animals, that have seen neglect and abuse. While this is my first successful visit I am giving him a great review. The first time I had to back out because the little foster dog, Lily, I had was just too difficult and Ali and I both thought it best to reschedule. Happily that little Shih Tzu found a new loving home so we didn't get to bring her back to Ali at Lue Lue's World. Satisfied and will be returning with more dogs in tow. Thank you Ali and Staff.
