Lucy Lee's Dog Grooming

Yikes. Please beware!! I found out from a Facebook group that these guys used to go under a different name a few years back. They used to be located off pipeline in hurst by the name WAGGIMUFFINS and appear to have re-branded themselves! Im actually astonished that they have so many good reviews. These people BUTCHERED my sweet pom mix and had such a terrible attitude when I brought it to their attention at the time. It was so bad that even years later his coat hasnt grown back the same and is damaged!! He used to be so fluffy and now its brittle and rough Maybe they got new staff since then...but I think new customers should be made aware that Lora and the folks here come from a shop that had heinous reviews from their previous salon. Im so glad I found out before attempting to book something. Please heed my warning and dont let the positive reviews fool you! Go elsewhere if you can!!

My dog is part lab and sheds like crazy. Lucy Lee's took such good care of her at her first appointment! Lucy gave me great feedback on my pet's experience and an overview of all the care she received while there. Now I can pet my dog and she's not shedding everywhere!! I'm so glad I finally called Lucy Lee's and I will definitely be doing this again.

They are GREAT! We have 4 rescue furbabies & they were SO understanding. Our babies are so happy. Love the communication & they truly seem to understand. We’re very impressed. We have found the groomers for our babies. We’ve been looking for the right fit since 2018. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

They made both our fur baby and us feel comfortable. She came out not only looking great, but smelled fabulous as well! We really appreciated how they kept us informed of her progress there, and ensured that we were satisfied with the end result. Thank you Lucy Lee's team! Will be back.

Edit: 8 months later and we are still so happy coming here!! Where do I even begin? I am so beyond pleased with every aspect of this experience. This was my first time taking my 100+lb dog to a groomers. Moose can be very nervous with new experiences and I was dreading that for him. LUCY LEES CAME THROUGH!!! They provided constant updates and pictures throughout the day, answered all of my prior questions to grooming and during grooming, took Moose’s nerves into consideration and truly treated him like one of their own. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will 100% be a returning customer. Prices are very reasonable. My favorite part about this entire thing is the reassurance they gave all day while they had my big guy in their care. Moose came out looking awesome with perfectly trimmed nails, a shiny coat, a cute bandana and smelling so great!
