Came here to dry on 04/21/2026 at 6:55 pm and was met at the door by a very rude woman with a birthmark on her face turning me away by saying and I Quote… you don’t need to come in here. You don’t have time to wash and dry!! Empty laundromat!! I didn’t even bother explaining that I was drying only. Although If I did short loads, I could have very well did both. I just told her to work on her customer service and left.. won’t be back

Unfortunately there are still entitled people who haven’t gotten with 2025 yet.. I live in the apartments right around the corner everytime I get a load to big I come here… this old lady always rude giving the evil last time her attitude was so bad I got refund today she was worse then last time flipping me off telling me I can’t leave my clothes after I just spent over 50$ I’m washing I told here to stop talking to me Im grabbing me clothes and leaving she proceeded to say unnecessary remarks so I asked for her manger number she refused saying I’m on camera acted like a complete Karen playing victim woman needs to be let go asap people of brown skin deserve the same treatment she would want

Do not wash your clothes here! They steal your money and your clothes do not come out clean. My sheets had stains that were not there prior to washing. My husband accidentally place $3.75 into the wrong machine and we were told that we would not be getting our money back. This is theft! The return coin button on the machines is disconnected, not letting you get your coins back. And when the “manager” was called… that person said user error. Like really! You’re stealing from me! Really sad to see them steal your money, no matter how much it may have been. Do not go here! Do not recommend!

Pros: Fairly clean space and has coin/change machines. Cons: The lady at the front desk was on the phone the majority of the time and has her dog at the desk in a basket. Yet, when I pulled one of the chairs to the front where the only TV is located, she quickly told me they don’t let anyone sit in that area. In order to watch the TV, I was forced to stand in the front lobby for the time I was paying to use their machines. Recommendation: If you don’t want anyone in that wide open space of the front lobby, then put the TV where the chairs are permitted since customers are paying to be there. I do not know the going rates for laundry mats but felt it was expensive to be $6 & $7 per load when you’re supplying your own detergent.

Love the washers. 80lb washers. Hate having to insert 9.00 dollars in quarters. Clean environment. Attendant is not helpful at all. And deaf as a door knob. Also bring correct change. They will not change a 20 dollar bill. They have change machines. Seems to work with 20s only. Pictures included
