I guess it's okay in an emergency but I have a German shepherd and there's not enough water pressure or air pressure to do anything for her but other than that seems like a good place

After my dogs had an accident in their kennel, a 6am dog wash was needed bad. This was well worth the money. Heated interior dog wash is an amazing idea.

Awesome little spot! I love that it dispenses all the products you could want out of the same wand! The water comes out at a very comfortable warm temperature. They do have a blow dryer hose in the wash tub, but my girl wanted to eat it, so I'd bring towels just on case. The only downside was that it gets very warm in that small space. Maybe try to go early in the morning or after the sun goes down. (Summer time) we will definitely be back!

Visited for the first time today - it was great to have an option for a large dog. I brought my own shampoo and towels and just used the rinse function to get her wet and rinse her. She's 150 pounds and she fit nicely, with room to turn around. Only suggestion would be to add something non-slip on the metal stairs. It was a little tough for her to get in and out without sliding. There was plenty of parking, and we had the whole room to ourselves. We'll be back!

Let me start off by saying that this place isn’t a “boutique experience”. So if you are looking for frilly hair bows or accessories, this isn’t the place. The building isn’t fancy, but the facility is well-maintained (everything worked as it should) and the gentleman that runs the facility is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. When I arrived, he was fixing an issue with one of the pipes. He let me know it would be about 10 minutes until everything was up and running. After he fixed the issue, he asked which bay/tub I preferred and I let him know I had never been there before. He was kind enough to walk me though using the machine and all its’ features. He even put in coins to get the machine started for me, which he certainly didn’t have to do! (If you happen to read this review, sir, thank you again!) The facility has two tubs, one that is deeper which has two steps for entry and a shallower one which has a ramp. The deep tub takes credit cards and cash/coins. The shallow tub takes cash/coins only. Neither machine gives change, so if you have a small dog, you probably don’t want to put in a $20. I used the deeper one since I have a golden retriever.
