ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Big shout out to nail technician Devlin and assistant Bentley!! I think I was more nervous than our dog Missy. I got lost their team actually called me AND went outside to flag me down so we could make our appointment. Missy is 105 pounds and doesn't like other dogs. We used to cut her nails ourselves but as she grew up it was getting to be more difficult and the previous nail salon wouldn't take her because she tried to nip. I am so thankful for Lucky Puppy!! The team made sure there were no other dogs so we could come in. They assisted Missy out of my vehicle and later assisted her back in. Devlin explained every step she was going to do and allowed Missy let out her feelings if she needed too. Missy didn't need a muzzle just one assistant Bentley because of her size. Missy wasn't aggressive at all AND she even gave kisses to Devlin!!! I was feeding Missy cheese but after a few pieces she didn't even care for it. Bentley gave Missy a beautiful bandana and Missy loved it!!

Five stars doesn’t do this place any justice! The entire experience from the moment we entered was top notch. I was extremely impressed with the entire process and especially pleased with how much love and attention they showed my boxer. Whom has been asked not to return to several veterinarians offices for his aggressive behavior. The procedure was fast and very well put together. We booked his next appointment as soon as his first procedure was done! Truly an amazing experience!!! Thank you Lucky Puppy!!!!

The staff is amazing! Everyone is friendly, clearly cares about the animals in their care and always keep the environment clean and safe. I've been taking my dogs here for probably 3 or 4 years now and have no plans in switching. They have private rooms available for bigger dogs or dogs who need a quieter space, they make sure the coast is all clear when dogs are coming in and exiting the shop to ensure safety at all times, there's a great variety of toys, treats and accessories to shop for. It's clear that everyone who works there loves what they do and that they want to be there. We love Lucky Puppy!
