This was the first time here. Luckys groom was perfect. Donna groomed him exactly how I wanted him and I will highly recommend Lucky Paws Dog Grooming!! Thanks again!!!

We can’t say enough great things about this grooming salon. Our pup went through many horrible groomers when we moved to Delray before we found his home here and thank goodness we did. Otis comes back every time exactly as we expected, it doesn’t seem to matter who grooms him there he is always as we wanted and we never have to remind them of our cut preferences for him. He is not a small dog so it’s a blessing that they can groom him so well and he never seems stressed out when we pick him up. Not only that the owner is the sweetest and always very helpful even on items not related to his groom but health in general. As long as we live in south Florida we’ll be going here!

***BTW, HE LOOKS THIS GOOD BECAUSE I GOT HIM GROOMED ELSEWHERE*** I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the negligence and lack of professionalism exhibited by Lovely Paws. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon picking up my dog from Lovely Paws after a routine grooming appointment, I noticed something peculiar about his behavior. It wasn't until five days later that I discovered the source of his discomfort – a cotton ball left lodged in his ear canal by the groomer. This issue caused a severe ear infection which required medical treatment. The fact that this oversight went unnoticed for five days is absolutely appalling and speaks volumes about the lack of attention to detail and carelessness at Lovely Paws. Not only is this a clear indication of negligence on the part of the groomer, but it also poses serious health risks to my beloved pet. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address the issue with the owner of Lovely Paws, I was met with complete disregard and disrespect. Instead of showing any concern for the well-being of my dog, the owner chose to block my attempts to communicate. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly

Donna at Lovely Paws did an excellent job on my cat, Jolie! She is a long-haired blue point Himalayan. It was difficult to find a cat groomer that wouldn't just shave her. Finally, I found Lovely Paws. They were very kind, responsive, and professional. I will definitely be back.

Before coming to Lovely Paws I had grooming horror stories. No more. Donna at Lovely Paws is amazing. She takes my very nervous and whimpering schnauzer and makes him so handsome. She will even send me photos to show he has calmed down after I leave. She also washed my friend's dog with a skin allergy and had some good recommendations for how to best seek treatment. I fly from NYC to have my fur baby groomed here. Highly recommend.
