My first time at Love on a Leash and Paulina was exceptional with caring for my senior pomeranian Boba (13) and she has SUCH good taste! He looked soo spiffy after the haircut (his tail is my favorite) and was impressed with how many different scissors Paulina used to make sure the haircut was even and accurate. We didn’t have a preference with any styled haircut so Paulina suggested a teddy bear haircut while maintaining some length and we loved it. We also went with the deluxe spa package with extra conditioner, which was well worth it because he has never felt *this* soft before! Safe to say this will be our regular spot and main groomer from now on. Thank you Paulina 💗💞💓🩷 *First 3 photos are after our visit, last photo is before visiting.*

First timer and everyone was so lovely ! Brought my Saint Bernard who needed some loving and they went over and beyond to take care of her ! Paulina was our groomer and she did awesome !!! My Honey girl came out so perfect !!!!

My dogs (and I) love Paulina at Love on a Leash. She has been grooming my dogs for years and it's been great! The dogs truly get excited when we pull into the parking lot. Which is saying a lot. When I get a new rescue, Paulina is very good about taking her time to win them over. When I adopted my white shepherd mix (from the shelter), her fur was stained yellow. Over the course of several months, Paulina was successful in getting her coat back to the beautiful white color. For those considering Love on the Leash, please give Paulina a try. She is truly amazing. And please thoughtful and and tip the groomers. :-)

Our old groomer moved and was no longer available so we were in the process of trying to find a new one for our 14 year old dog. His face and body turned out great but his butt and tail, which were areas I specifically asked to focus on, were not. His butt was uneven (left cheek was shaved down, looked neat while right cheek still had a huge chunk of hair) and his tail looked untouched. I didn’t realize how bad it was until we got home. I texted the salon back immediately and sent pictures. They offered to fix it if I brought him back but we didn’t have time for that. After multiple back and forth with the manager, Paulina, the only resolution they continued to offer was 10% off of a future visit. After this experience, there won’t be a future visit so that’s not much of a resolution. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

After multiple failed attempts with other groomers due to my dog’s aggressive behavior, we finally found Paulina who truly cares. She took her time, stayed calm, and worked through the challenges without giving up. She worked through his mattes and knots. The results were amazing and I couldn’t be happier!
