Looking Sharp Dog Grooming

I’ve been going here for years, personally i love when my dog’s sanitation area is cleaned up and bald, that’s just me personally it makes her stay clean for longer and makes it way easier to use wipes for daily hygiene. They will do whatever cut you asked and normally triple check with me before hand to make sure that’s what i want, i have a toy aussie and sometimes i have them shave her when i don’t feel like dealing with her hair. Other times i just do a trim. I love when the groomer makes her butt look all round and poofy. Its super cute and she will do that if you ask for it specifically too. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible experience. I had been a loyal customer for quite some time, and I only tolerated the arrogant and dismissive attitude of the owner because the groomers had previously done a decent job. That all changed when they completely ruined my dog's grooming--years of growing out his coat destroyed in one visit. They literally shaved him down and blamed me that it was what I asked for.. after him getting the same trim with them for the last 2 years. They knew they were wrong for messing him up and couldn't even apologize. His fur is super choppy, his legs have been shaved down, his privates are all exposed and bald. Such a botched job. Photos 5-9 are the after pictures. I’m so disappointed. I approached them respectfully and simply asked for a partial refund, thinking any professional business would own up to a mistake. Instead, the owner started YELLING in my face and they kicked me out of the establishment. No accountability, no apology, just defensiveness and blatant disrespect. Please, do not bring your pets here. The service is unreliable, the staff is beyond rude, and the owner is super unprofessional. This place doesn't deserve your trust or your money. I'm so s

We had gotten our fur baby Jax (Bishon Poodle Mix) and was told he had never been groomed. I’m so thankful we found Looking Sharp after a bad experience at another groomer place. The minute we walked in we were greeted. The owners are absolutely amazing and Ryanne who grooms Jax is also amazing! They answered all my questions and were so patient with me since I was nervous after the experience we had at another groomers. We’ve been taking Jax here for about 6 months now and do such an amazing job EVERYTIME! Jax also loves coming here, he gets so excited and runs to Ryanne when he sees her. Thank you so much to everyone at Looking Sharp, I am so thankful for you guys and so happy we found you! I won’t go anywhere but here for my fur baby!

Have been to this house many times, my dog has been choosing theirs since the first bath. They are cruel and kind to dogs. I had to cut my Pomeranian because of the heat, and it worked so well. This is the third day after cutting, the more I look, the more I like it.

They did an incredible job with my Dog Zetta. I let them know ahead of time some of her training and her issues that she has had and they did an exceptional job at compensating for her. They were very pleasant people and seem to care deeply for their clients and dogs. I don’t know if I can ever go to another pet groomer again and be this pleased with their service. Definitely a five star grooming service that goes above and beyond for each of their clients. (I added some pictures of the happy pup after her haircut)
