Pretty disappointed with this last service I’ve used them a few times in the past and it was great they did a deep de-shed of my German shepherd. He smelled amazing and they even give a cute bandana. This past time he didn’t smell like anything. Not good or bad just nothing, no bandana, and when he got out of the van there was still hair falling off of him. Which I get is normal for his breed, but the last time he was groomed I noticed a lot less shedding for the first week. This experience was different and when I mentioned it to the groomer he said there’s nothing he can do about it. Also the service this past time was done in under an hour and the times before it was around an hour and a half. Which makes sense on the service I received. First few times were amazing this last time very disappointing especially for almost $200 I could have just taken him to pet supplies plus and did it myself for $15.

The grooming is very uneven. My dog’s hair is uneven all over, especially around his eyes. I was hoping for a more even, polished haircut, but unfortunately it wasn’t the result I expected.

I specifically requested a bath only once the groomer brought her back to me, she had been cut. The cut is horrible. I've been trying to let her hair grow so she can get the right shape and then the groomer cuts her after I specifically said not to. I'm very unhappy with the services. My dog looks all chopped up. When you communicate the services that you want, they should communicate with you before proceeding to do something outside of the service. I've been trying to get my dog to grow her hair out so I can cut her properly like a Bichon cut and now I have to start all over because the groomer decided to cut her after I specifically said not to I text prior to the groomer showing up saying I only wanted a bath. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but this is unacceptable for the price that you charge, you should be getting services that meet your expectation.

I definitely paid too much for my poor senior pup to get groomed by this service. I was hoping this would be perfect for our needs. Our dog is almost 16 and she gets so anxious when we drop her off at the groomer. Having someone come to us just made sense. The groomer was very nice, but he definitely needs more training or something. My poor baby was butchered. She’s a long haired dog and groomers have never cut her tail down like this before. They maybe do some shaping or a trim, but he hacked her tail down and it looks like a weasel tail. The picture on the gray rug is recent and the one on the oriental rug is what she looks like after a proper grooming. I’d make sure the groomer you’re getting is very experienced before finalizing your booking.

We’ve used this service several times. It’s great for convenience but every groomer is not the same. We absolutely loved the job that Keily did on or pup. I would recommend her to all doodle owners that love a good teddy bear cut
