Marietta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Marietta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Received my dog and noticed he could barely open his eyes, i believe it to be because his lashes were cut off for some reason. Not only that but it looks like a patch of hair had been ripped from his face. My baby wont even open his eyes and look at me i am beyond infuriated. Pictures below show the redness on his cheek and the second picture is the most he will open his eyes.

I got my dog “trained” 2 weeks ago for crate training, potty training, and coming when called. We started with the potty training and they noticed he was walking weird and fixated on that for most of the session. I told them what i did everyday for potty training and they told me that i was doing everything correct then continued to fixate on the leg. They mentioned things to do for crate training but it was mostly them telling me to get a smaller cage because of him sometimes using the restroom in it but didnt tell me how to stop him from screaming when he does scream occasionally. We didnt get to the command but i did tell them he would pull when we walked and i showed them and instead of giving me help they mentioned his weird leg again. I understand that his leg can be a potential problem but if he can jump on my bed and do zoomies around the house then he isnt in enough pain for him not being able to be taught the basic command. For the whole session they fixated on his leg but they didn’t train him on anything and still had the nerve to charge me full price like they actually did something. TL;DR They looked at my dog for an hr and a half, told me that he needed an Xray for h

I called 2 weeks ago asked if they had a groomer experienced with Airedales and was assured they did. I asked the cost and was told $75. I dropped off and when I retrieved my dog and she said $110. WTH He looked like he had been butchered. His hair was not tapered and he had just been shaved to his skin. No fluffy legs no tapered face. Please do NOT take an Airedale to these people, they DO NOT KNOW what they are doing. If I could post the pictures I would. And he drank an entire bowl of water which tells me he was denied water for 6-7 hours. It is time for the owner/groomer to retire. This is just aweful!!!!
