My washing machine broke, and I had to go here with my family, and I over all liked the laundromat, I like the atmosphere and the people who work there.It's was nice and comfortable.I just thought they could do a little better in cleaning the inside where you put the soap it could use some tlc.

***Leggings with a leg completely ripped in half were sent back to us as if nothing happened*** See photos! I really like the people at the desk here and I didn't want to rate the entire place bad, just the people whobwash/handle our clothes. I just don't understand how this happens. My bf and I have been bringing our clothes here to get washed for a while now. We've had minor issues before, such as getting other peoples clothes in our bags, random pink stains on our clothes for weeks that did come off with another wash, rips/holes in clothes, etc. We picked up our clothes this weekend, and I took my clothes out of the bags to put away at home. When I got to my leggings, I noticed there was a cut piece of black fabric on top of them. I pulled it off only to realize that it was a literal leg of my leggings completely cut off! I am so upset and can't even conprehend how this happened. It looks like a clean cut which is strange,and I don't understand why they wouldn't tell us. It just really sucks when we do pay to get our clothes cleaned but then get them back damaged. I'm not trying to be rude, and I really am a very understanding person. This is my third time using their drop off service. First two times my basket was completely full, even overflowing a little bit. Both times, less than $35. This time, my basket was only half full and I included a crocheted lap blanket. They charged me $10 for the lap blanket. Significantly less laundry to do this time and it cost me $37. The blanket went in with my other laundry, I have no idea why they would charge me an extra $10. I understand the bulky items fee, but this is not a bulky item nor did I see any signs that said a small lap blanket would incur an additional charge. I guess I’ll be going elsewhere. I have no problem paying when I ask for extra services but to just tack on a charge is like that is dishonest.

Always go here but lately in 82 degree weather the ac has been off. It is so hot in there not a pleasant environment. Please turn on the air. When you say it's hot can you turn on the ac the attendants look at you like your crazy.
