My husband is on his third generation of dogs being groomed here and we've never had a single issue. Our pups usually see Ashley, but we'd trust any of their employees. Never boarded a dog here but the grooming services are 10/10

Standing ovation to the whole team here👏🏼 my terrified/anxious puppy has warmed up to this place wonderfully thanks to the entire staff that took such great care of her. Every time I was about to call for an update, I checked my texts to find I had already just gotten one and didn't even need to call! We love this place and these people, thank you guys so much for being awesome!🐾

Hi Becky, I would want formally THANK YOU SO MUCH and your staff for the wonderful care that Daisy and Holly have always received from you during their stays. During their most recent boarding, your staff, observant as always, noticed Holly's eye getting crusted and you called me immediately about it. I then called our vet, who said there were no concerns, and to see her in two weeks. Thank God you had found again her eye issues because IT POINTED to a more severe diagnosis. A month before her stay, her vet treated the eyes, said they were allergies and treated her repeat UTI's with antibiotics (the usual stuff after bladder stone surgery). Nothing really out of the ordinary. Ready and OK'd for boarding too. However last week, our vet had a new test for HOLLY listing her repeat UTI's AND Eye Infections, which together, indicates a slow and very rare immune disease ( 4% of dogs could get a mild to severe disease ) and when acute, will lead to a fast onset of diabetes in a matter of days. Because they are such small critters, these diseases do progress quickly. Even the best of veterinary care can't avoid the unpredictable. We know you care deeply for your boarders, and treat the

I just went for a nail trim, the receptionist was attentive and nice, but the groomer was rude and with a horrible actitud, in my way out I said “I’ll come back to return the leash”, the groomer ask to the receptionist: “did she pay? “ . The nails are sharp I have to sand them at home. Will never come back.

Great service. My dog is deaf and very scared of getting groomed. I feel he's safe here. He never comes home with razor burns like he has at other grooming places.
