Not much shade, but we'll maintained and clean. Double gated entryway, fully fenced, running (faucet) clean water, restrooms 50 ft from dog park.

Nice park.. love the serene beauty of the valley surrounded by trees with a massive dog park for dogs to free roam and play. Could definitely use a separate sections for smaller dogs so they dont get trampled when the big dogs come to play. Has a few obstacles for pups to explore but needs a few more.

10 out of 10 safe place nice trails walking paths bike trails multimodal trail connects to the Greenway connects to the water. The dog pork is pretty big but it's only got one side doesn't have a small dog side so we took a walk and it was really nice we went 1 and a half miles round trip but you could go a lot farther.

I just love bringing my dog here to run. I usually park down by the lake and walk up the hill to the dog park. There’s always fun dogs there, plenty of water, the dog poo bag dispenser is always stocked. I love the people I meet, too. I’d highly recommend this park. The walk back to the car she’s always slower, she never wants to leave. 😂

Google did not give very good directions. And the name, Lake Atlanta Dog Park, is the same name used for the park across town. Very confusing! There is no parking to speak of. I parked on the side of the street. I've only been to this park two or three times but, like now, there are no other dogs here. The park is constructed on a rather steep hill. I am not impressed. It seems like the location would attract a lot of dog owners and their pets, but may not because of its poor construction. It is like an afterthought to the bike park.
