Yikes. Do not believe the photos on their website. I booked 2 nights and only stayed one. The pool was drained because "the pump broke". The bathroom smelled like a moldy wet towel. I should have done my research before i booked it so thats on me. I used their text messaging system that they said " i could use for anything i needed" basically. I asked for a partial refund through text, no one got back to me. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case.

I had stayed there last year and loved it. I booked for the same type of room for this year. I had called back to verify the room type. Upon checking in, I asked about the room, was told no..not available. Try asking in the morning, maybe we can move you. Next morning, no, nothing available. I had a promotion code offering 20 or 30 percent off.. can’t remember which amount was offered. They refused to honor the discount, it was from Wyndham. We plan on going again next year..we will find other accommodations. I tried leaving a message on the hotel message service. I answered the questionnaire after my stay. Got one call, they will look into it,then nothing. Customer service definitely lacking at this location.

It was ok but there was some room for improvement. It wasn't to bad the only bad thing is that the staff gave us attitude but it could have just been a bad day for them. The breakfast was good, but the coffee machine is my favorite part of the whole experience plus the mints on the front counter those mints are good. The pool is more like a big hot tub but they warn you it's warm before you get checked in. There were some stains but nothing to concerning. Our window view was of a electrical station thing but there were some nice sunsets. So overall it wasn't to bad but there could be some improvement. It comes with a gym, a washer and dryer, a hot pool, breakfast, coffee machine, ac, microwave, and a freezer and fridge, oh and don't forget the mints on the front desk. Oh and don't go here with more then 5 people it gets crowded. The bacon was some of the best.
