La Bone an incredible Pet Spa, I have been going there for quite a few years and each and every time all grooming that I have asked for as far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Jenny, and Veronica, who groom, my dog, anre superb! and all others in the office are awesome people.

This shop doesn’t deserve a star. BUYER Beware! My 6yr old dog was just buried with a congenital health problem. I bought this dog from this groomer/owner at La Bone Pet Spa. The owner boards does not greet the puppy parent and my baby was at her house that she would not let me see inside but I trusted her. She sent me a picture of a filthy dark room. I picked him up and the owner was not there. My baby was filthy with dark rings under his eyes. She should not be boarding, grooming or SELLING dogs. BUYER BEWARE.

There is no better place to take the children you love. They take care of them with love. There always smiling in there which is something we don't see these days. They love what they are doing. Don't make the same mistakes everyone else is making. Go to LA BONE.

I dont even know where to start. I took my dog this morning at 10:18 AM. The lady at the front desk was training a new employee and was giving instructions on what to do/say. After I handed my dog to them, I asked at what time should I be passing by to pick her up, the lady start showing the board to the new girl where the times are at…and she tells the girl to tell me to pass by 2:30PM. Around 1:30 PM I called the place just to ask for an update and a rude as lady which it seems to be the owner answers the phone. I asked for an update, and she answers saying that My dog will be ready by 4:30-5:00 PM. So I start explaining to her that they told me to pass at 2:30 and she cuts me off and starts fighting to her employees in a really rude way. She doesnt even lets me talk and hangs up the phone on me. 10 minutes later, another employee calls me saying sorry saying that it was the new girls fault and that she made a mistake. I made sure to let her know that it wasnt the new girls fault and that it was the other employee who gave me the time. She got upset and tells me that shes the girl training the new girl. She starts talking to me in a rude way and i told her i was going to write a

I take my two dogs to La Bone every Saturday .... and once again thank you very much to the employees for the affection they have with them ... to the owner, Jenny and Margareth who always take such good care of them. Leaving with clean teeth, properly cut nails and a wonderful perfume!
