My dog passed. I was able to drop off my pup. Service was very friendly and helpful. I received her ashes the next day. For the price I paid I was very pleased. I received her in a beautiful wood box. The paw print was a great touch for memory.(Extra charge)

Took my dog here every day for daycare when he was just a pup! Love that their pickup goes until 7pm. We then shifted to using them for boarding and they were good about taking him out alone (as he has become curmudgeonly towards other dogs in his teenage years). This pinhead dog also has horrendous separation anxiety but I know the staff really cares and tries their hardest to make it work with every Kritter!

Not only were my dogs overjoyed to be handed over to the passionate care of the Kryder Kritter Hotel team, they were as happy and healthy as ever when I came to pick them up. Note, I've got two dogs, drastically different sizes, one with major food allergies. They were housed together and fed special diets separately with no issue. I even spotted an appearance of one of my pups on their IG page. A nice surprise.
