Wow, I make it a point to never write these as they are rarely seen by anyone or taken seriously but all I can say is, wow. Customer service is something that is a foreign concept to the cashier working this afternoon. He was openly hostile. The cashier today was absolutely looking for a problem. I just wanted to check out and he wanted to get confrontational.

They have Great Deals on food. They have Specials on Coke and Pepsi Drinks. They have a Great Meat Market. It is where I buy all my meat. They have large cuts of Alaskan Salmon. 🍣 That I take on Camping Trips to cook on Cedar Planks. They Sell Clothes there. There is a Bakery. They have a Pharmacy. There is a space where they have specialty Cheeses. They have a Gas Station out Front of the Store. If you sign up for the Krogers Club Card you can get a Discount on Gasoline.

Until recently this store sold GREAT Private Selection, all butter, Mini-Croissants. Baked at the in-store bakery. This was one of my favorite foods of all times. Now these have been replaced with very inferior Mini-Croissants, imported frozen from Canada, in plastic containers. I can't recommend this store any longer. My advice is to avoid shopping there. When they have so badly compromised quality on Mini-Croissants, we must question on what other products have they cut corners? How many other very inferior products are they now selling?

I placed an order for a Minecraft cake for my son’s 5th birthday a month in advance and even called the day before to make sure they had the order and pick up time for 10am. They confirmed. We showed up at 10:30 to a plain white cake with nothing on it and cupcakes with no icing. We were told they were almost done and then given a cake that was not at all what we ordered. When asked why, we were told they don’t make the cake online or in the advertised picture and not sure why we were told it would look like that. The manager showed no remorse except to offer a discount and say “nothing we can do about it now, we can’t make a new cake”. I was not worried about the price, was just very upset to order a cake for my sons birthday well in advance that has been fighting stage 4 cancer at St Jude and just got home. He was excited about his cake and I was completely gaslit made to think the cake was never supposed to look like that. Not to mention you could tell the cake was rushed to be cooked because it was falling apart when cut. Never will I ever order from Kroger bakery again! Beware!
