I know most people who lose a beloved pet find themselves on here, maybe for the first time, wondering what comes next. I just want to thank the staff here for making the information and arrangements as easy as possible. Polite and respectful. I feel that Kozy Acres services allowed me to lay my pet of 14yrs to rest with the dignity he deserved.

My vet happens to use this place for Cremation, but it was a few years ago our family dog passed from old age and the vet was closed so we called them directly, I guess they were ready to leave for the day but in the kindness of their hearts stayed open so we could deliver our pup to be cremated. I always wanted to leave a thanks for that. About a year ago we had to we used our vet for your service and how I got him back was put together so nice. I'm certain in come cases people don't even get this much care for a resting place. Very outstanding work! May you continue to bring comfort and closure to family's! *Pic Chevy*

We had driven by Kozy Acres for many years. Six years ago our first dog passed away unexpected and we left his remains at the vet. I called the vet the next morning and retrieved him after actually researching the Kozy Acres after years of driving by. We were able to bring Yoda home that day instead of leaving him at the vet for unknown amount of time. The price for Yoda’s private service was much less then letting vet handle Unfortunately in the last ten months we lost three more dogs, one from old age as he was over 19 and two rescues after medical issues and the university could not even save them. These times we decided to stay with the pets for the whole process and received great service. The worker was processing other pets and you could tell there was great attention to detail and remains won’t get misplaced This past Saturday was our most recent visit. Out Mogwai dog passed away Friday We arrived at 8am on Saturday and were able to secure a cremation time a few hours later. In the mean time we toured the pet cemetery next door and had our three small dogs with us. The cemetery was very nice and quiet. Some graves were from early 80’s We arrived before our cremation

Kozy Acres works with the vet that came to our house when we had to let our dog go due to cancer. I was told that it could take a few business days but she were able to pick her up the next day which was a comfort to be able to bring her home as soon as possible. The gentleman that helped us was kind and between them and our at home vet, they both made an extremely painful process a little less stressful with this part of the process.

We were greeted by a very nonchalant employee who was very dry in her responses. We had to repeat several times that we had lost a cat and she kept saying your dog. She was talking so fast ,as if in a rap race and when we asked for clarification she would let out a sigh before repeating. We were her only client from beginning to end of our visit so it is not like she is busy. When we mentioned the birth year to passing away, she put the passing away as 2022 instead of 2025 and she cited we told her the wrong age. When we saw her error and pointed it out, she angrily erased it , then sighed again. This was her attitude throughout our visit and it just added more grief that she was treating us like a bother to her. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because they have good products inspite of horrible horrible guest relations. If i had time to look for another place I would never have set foot in this place. We had just lost our pet and just googled their company, I would never recommend this place to any friend.
