We purchased a Bichon Shitzu here 16 years ago and had no issues at all. We returned and purchased a Cockapoo pup and found out she is def. I called to tell them and spoke to an employee that was very apologetic and said she would relay the message. We didn’t ask for anything, we thought it was important to at least let them know. The disappointing part is we never heard back from anyone. I find that very unprofessional, we love our pup and would never return her. It’s just disappointing that no one reached out to us.

Went in on July 13, 2026. Puppy mill puppies being sold for thousands, kept in appalling conditions. There is a sickly black pug still being housed and sold in a display cage, so sluggish that he did not even react when his tankmate jumped on him. He has dandruff, bloating, and discharge from his eyes, as well as labored breathing. This dog should be quarantined and under the care of a veterinarian. The man at the desk walked around spraying air freshener directly into the display tanks housing these puppies, disguising the smell of the dirty wood shavings the puppies are being caged on. House of neglect, and a gross violation of HB 1711

Terrible place full of depression. The dogs are basically in Guinea pig display tanks covered in wood chips. Half of them don't have water, all of them look sick and sad.

Absolutely the best pet store ever! Our family has gotten several puppies from them over the years, and every single one has brought so much joy into our lives. The store is always spotlessly clean, safe, and welcoming, and the staff is beyond amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews at all; our experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. If you want a place that truly loves animals and treats families like theirs, this is the store to go to — I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Phenomenal is just an immense understatement for the experience I had at King Neptune’s Pet World today !!! I cannot express enough how enchanting it was to stop by here and receive the type of service and support I got from this extraordinary establishment. I want to give major kudos to this pet shop for having such pride, care and dedication to their quality and wisdom of customer service and pet care information. Being from the south customer & hospitality are the highest level of customer satisfaction one can imagine and Daisy went above and anything I could’ve expected. It is extremely rare and heartwarming to stumble upon an establishment that gives genuinely kind and ample services these days. Daisy was so delightful and informative about all of the shops animals/products as well as their level of intense care and grooming standards that this shop upkeeps for all of their pets. I came in at a random passing by and got way more of an experience than I ever bargained for. This was so needed for me as my parents recently surprised me with a miniature poodle after we discovered I’m allergic to animals and needed a hypoallergenic pet that I named S’ymone 🐩 and for the 2 mont
