Kernersville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kernersville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I had a few visits with my pups & the grooms did a great job. But the management/ownership has TERRIBLE customer service. In a time where kindness goes so far, you would think a small business would provide decent customer service. But a rapid decrease in customer service & overall kindness from the 1st visit. I will not return nor support any individual or business with such negative communication. Sad for the talented groomers here.

I am new to the Kernersville area and really took care in finding a groomer for my elderly papillon. I read the heartfelt story behind this company and chose them to groom my girl. Well, that was my first mistake... the second mistake was paying them $84 in advanced, I paid extra because of their elderly care services. I had an appointment but she was not seen until 2 hours later. My daughter was able to hear the groomers conversations and apparently no one knew how to groom a papillon. I wish that I knew that prior to, I could have gone somewhere else. Now I believe they provided a bath but that was all. I paid for a full service and I did not get that. My girl did not receive a sanitation cut, her ears were not clipped and her face was not clean... but heres the bad part... my daughter who stayed there heard every conversation, every unprofessional conversation between the groomers. They informed my daughter as they delivered my girl that they groomed her hind legs but she showed her teeth so they could not groom her front legs... ok... I immediately had to take my girl to the vet because her claws were cut too short which caused her pain, and she began to bleed. The vet us

This is a FABULOUS place!!! Melissa was AMAZING with our fur baby! It was Pearl's 1st time at the groomer. She was happy, wagging her tail, and not stressed when she was done. The hair cut was so cute! FANTASTIC!!!

We have been using Kernersville Grooming for the past few trims. It really is easy peasy. We drop her off, get a text when she’s done, pay, and take my beautiful pup home. They actually cut her hair how we ask them to.Nice! Thanks guys, she’s adorable once again.

We took our 2 year old golden retriever here today for her first grooming appointment. Sophie was SO sweet and welcoming to Luna. She came home looking cute as can be and a happy girl ready for Christmas! I loved that our appointment was specifically for us in a super timely manner, faster than I expected! We loved Kernersville grooming and sweet Sophie and would recommend 100%!
