I moved to Huntsville in January and was super nervous about finding somewhere for my senior dog to get his nails trimmed. I made an appointment at Kayes Yappy Hour because of all the great reviews on social media and I’m so glad I did. Every time we have gone they have been so good with him even when he’s super nervous and gives them a hard time lol. I am so thankful for their patience with him and for the excellent service. Could not recommend them more!

First time taking my pup here and my first impression was great! The pups looked happy, calm, and were all so clean and cute. Our old lady gets a little bit of anxiety being left some where and has a very high pitch scream when she sees us again. She didn’t scream, she didn’t come sprinting out when we got there. She was calm and happy. That is everything we are looking for. Not to mention she’s clean and had a great cut! We’ll be back with our other dog for sure.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Kaye has been to our pups! First the haircuts are absolutely adorable every single time. We have two doodles (golden & aussie) and Kaye is always patient with them even when they’re nervous. Our dogs are usually roaming around inside the gate when I arrive, which I really appreciate them not being stuck in a kennel all morning. Also, it’s always clean inside, which is a nice mix up from our previous groomers. My golden doodle is older and has bad knees. Kaye is sensitive to her limitations and sometimes cranky attitude! Kaye has been our groomer for a while now and has gone above and beyond to help us. When I was pregnant, she helped me get the dogs in the car and she still helps me whenever I have my son with me. She is professional, friendly and definitely wants to make sure her clients are happy. We love Kaye!!!

I’ve tried several groomers over the years, but Kaye is simply the best. Our dogs (We have 4!!) always come back looking adorable and happy — no stress, no uneven cuts. You can tell Kaye and her staff love dogs and take pride in their work. Booking is simple, and the salon is spotless and kennel free!! Highly recommend for anyone who wants consistent, high-quality grooming and care.

I recently took my nervous pup to Yappy Hour, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make both me and my furry friend feel welcomed and at ease. The salon has a calming atmosphere, which was immediately noticeable. The gentle music and soft lighting seemed to soothe my dog's anxiety. The groomers are truly professionals who understand how to handle nervous dogs with care and patience. They took the time to get to know my dog, using treats and soft voices to build trust before starting the grooming process. I was impressed by how they tailored the grooming session to suit my dog's needs, ensuring she was comfortable throughout. The grooming area was clean and organized. My dog left looking fabulous, but more importantly, she seemed relaxed and happy! I highly recommend Yappy Hour to anyone with a nervous pet. Their compassionate approach and dedication to creating a positive experience are truly commendable. It's a relief to find a place where I can feel confident that my dog will be treated with love and care. Thank you, Yappy Hour for making our visit so wonderful! Signed Kates mom 💕
