I attended KCGA August - November 2024. It was a last minute decision to go and boy am I so glad I did! From the owner, instructors, the space, to the material we learned and all the hands on experience... I can go on and on. I learned everything from the absolute basics to tips of running my own business and everything in between. I even got pet cpr and first aid certified! This school covered everything and more I hoped to learn. I totally loved my entire experience there. Even when there were hard days, the support and love received was incredible. They really want you to be successful and be your best self while doing it. The best part? The dog is the most important. Safety, wellbeing and health of the dog was at the center of everything what we did. I can't say this enough, I absolutely love this school and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to become a groomer or expand on their skills.

I absolutely loved it here!! Don’t get me wrong you need to be passionate and truly love animals. It is not easy it takes hard work, but all things worth take hard work. No education system nor school nor job is, nor ever will be absolutely perfect with no flaws. What I can say is during my four month time here was amazing. Yes, there are some stressful moments but that’s apart of life especially when trying to learn a new career. I came into the school with absolutely zero knowledge about dog grooming. I feel extremely confident in grooming dogs. I have been spending a year after schooling learning everything I can from many different groomers. As no single groomer is exactly the same. I have always been a very slow learner, but the instructors here were extremely patient and kind with me. The instructors are some of the most kind, caring, and loving people you will ever meet. I always appreciated and will always appreciate what everyone there has done for me. Yes there are places that will pay you while you go to other schools but there is a huge difference ( from someone who has been to both trying to educate themselves as much as possible) At this school you have four months le

I attended KCGA in Spring of 2023. I came with some bathing experience and no grooming experience and it was a fantastic course! You learn something new every day and I felt prepared to start grooming on my own when I graduated!

Went through their grooming academy with 0 experience of a dog groomer. There were a total of 6 students with 2 teachers. The class was very informative and hands-on from day one to the final graduation ceremony!! My training couldn’t have been better. The skills that I learned from this grooming academy launched me into my own mobile grooming business. Highly recommended!!

I attended the KCGA in summer of 2022, and I couldn’t have had a better training/learning experience! Wonderful and positive atmosphere. The instructors are very helpful and patient. They will encourage you throughout your challenges, and inspire you to be the best groomer you can be. The curriculum is excellent and efficient, to help you improve drastically in short amount of time. You will learn so much more than you know! If you are passionate, care a lot for dogs, and are willing to go the extra mile for them, this is the grooming school for you!!
