K9 Splash-N-Dash

Did I just get a bad day? It seemed over booked. Was told 2-3 estimate but took over 5 hours. Whatever products were used left my dog smelling like a diaper and feeling coarse. The environment is so loud and very off putting. I understand where Im at but any divider between the receptionist and the chaos would help even 10%. I couldnt hear any of the staff. I dont think my dog had any access to water because she drank for 10 minutes straight when we got home. Just a off putting experience. I wouldnt say "dont go here" but Id advise caution. Skip if you dont feel comfortable with dogs free roaming around your dog.

will never be back here!!!! This was the 3rd or 4th time I have takin my Western Highland Terrior there,as you know these dogs are a pretty penny and when I asked them from the beginning "do you know how to cut a Westie " they said of course!!!! I said great but being its summer I want his body cut short and his face framed/boxed per usual... first few times I went hair cut was on point and looked just like the picture I showed them.... today 8/30/25 I dropped him off explained to the lady, yall know how I want him cut correct?....just like how his profile say..she yes of course I said great I want his body cut a tad shorted though so it doesn't grow out so fast..and still want the face framed/boxed.. great no problem rite!!!!... got back to pick my 5 month old dog up..first they made me pay before they gave him to me ..2nd they had shaved my whole freaking dog!!!! Nose to the tip of his tail... and the chick up front didnt say sorry or have any remorse at all!!!..all she said was i can have my manger contact you!!!!! I was so upset. Ik its hair and it grows back but .. if I wanted him shaved I would have done it myself!!!!!!. First picture is how he normally looks!!! 2nd picture

We have been taking our Goldendoodle, Gen.2, Marley, to K-9 Splash-N-Dash for 5+ years. We have had nothing but an excellent experience here and Marley always comes home well groomed, happy, and healthy!

We’ve been taking our two dogs to K9 Splash And Dash for 9 years now, and they never have disappointed us. Our babies come home with all their grooming needs, smelling amazing with a new scarfs to match the season, which is an additional touch that we appreciate! Joey did their grooming today and made them look cuter than they already are!!

I have a 9 month old Irishdoodle that needed his first full groom/haircut. I was nervous to try a new place but they were so friendly and laid back, which made me and my pup feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. When I picked my puppy up he was happy and looked amazing for his first haircut!!! Definitely recommend if you have a doodle type dog, or any dog for that matter!!!
