K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Sugar Land

Our boxer Sasha is a sensitive girl. She is dog reactive and suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an only child dog. For that reason, we were extremely nervous about boarding her for three weeks. When we took a tour of K9 Resorts in Sugar Land, we were immediately impressed. We went back several times with different questions and were more impressed every time. We thought it was a positive sign to see the same employees every time we went. The place is inviting and wonderful beyond the front office. Sasha was happy to get her butt scratches, tummy rubs, and 6 daily playtimes in addition to her medicines and supplements (administered at no extra charge) and we were thrilled to receive a report card with two photos every other day.

Extremely disappointing experience. This was the first time I ever boarded my dog, and I trusted K9 Hotel & Resort to take good care of him for one week. When I picked him up yesterday, he was completely different—he looked depressed, exhausted, and not like himself at all. Before leaving, I noticed that one of his paws was injured. When I asked the staff, they admitted they had no idea when or how it happened. What was even more concerning was that they didn’t have a veterinarian examine him or even seem to know about the injury. They told me the manager would call me, but it’s now been over 24 hours, and I still haven’t received a single phone call. When we got home, my dog acted like he was starving. He ate his food so quickly that it honestly made me question whether he had been fed properly while he was there. Since this morning, he has refused to eat again, has been lying in the corner, and isn’t even interested in playing, which is completely unlike him. This was a heartbreaking and very upsetting experience. I trusted this facility to care for my dog, and instead I brought home a dog who was injured and emotionally distressed. I will never use this place again, and I can

Absolutely love K9 resorts! We’ve been sending our dog Franklin to the Sugar land location since we moved and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. He has the best time here! Highly recommend for boarding and daycare, your pup will have a great time!

I absolutely love K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Sugar Land! The staff is incredibly friendly and truly show so much love to my baby. I always look forward to the photos on their instagram - my girl is always smiling! I really appreciate the level of care and quality they provide when it comes to boarding. Plus, my dog always comes home tired after daycare, which tells me she had the best time! 🐾💜

I have had a few bad experiences with boarding my dog, so I was extremely happy with how K9 Resorts took such amazing care of my Golden Retriever, Indy! The staff was warm, professional, and truly treated him like family. Huge shoutout to Miranda for going above and beyond, her kindness really stood out. I especially loved the pupdates with pictures, it was so comforting to see Indy happy, playing, and clearly having a great time. The facility was SO clean and well-run, better than some hotels I've stayed at! Highly recommend!
